This is my go-to place for studying, and the drinks are always good. There are so few places around here with comfy seats to hang out and exist without feeling like you need to just drink and go. The staff here have always been very nice. Great atmosphere, great service, great food - definitely beats the Starbucks across the street. My only wish is that Caffe Nero had more interesting seasonal flavors, but sometimes, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

When I stop over, it typically is on a Sunday late afternoon. The lady behind the counter always serves with a friendly attitude and a smile on her face. I appreciate that about this Winchester location, as the service at Burlington area cafes can be hit and miss.

This Caffe Nero location is awesome!!! I give this Caffe Nero location two thumbs up. The atmosphere of the cafe was really warm and inviting. The cafe was neat, clean, and well-organized. Our chairs that my friend and I sat in were really comfortable. The cafe decor was really modern, fancy, stylish, and pleasing to the eye. Our drinks that my friend and I ordered (hot chocolate with whipped cream) were well-presented and looked so stunningly beautiful due to the pieces of chocolate that the hard-working cafe employee sprinkled on top of the whipped cream. Basically I love this Caffe Nero location. They even have a cool artificial fireplace!!! Great job Caffe Nero!!!Kid-friendliness: This location is kid-friendly.

Lack of staff, only one person to serve a public demand during peak breakfast hours, the queue going around and around and only one person serving...It makes me feel sorry for the poor employee...I ordered online 30 minutes before arriving at the place and when I got there the attendant told me to wait because she was alone and would have to serve the people in the queue first (around 20 people) who had already been waiting for at least 30 minutes. .In other words, I canceled my order and didn't eat my breakfast...Warning: if you are ordering your breakfast, be patient as you may run the risk of having your coffee at lunch time...

Bunch of 9 year olds running around screaming, got charged 9.55 for a half a baguette, 25 minute wait for 3 parties ahead of me, and finally there freezer broke.
