Since new ownership, pizza has a weird taste. Skimpy on sauce and has a lower quality mozzarella. Bought 6 pies for a work event and had 4 left over. Last time for us! Definite mistake cutting corners by new owner.

I was going to give a bad review until the Manager personally called me late on a Saturday night.I'm a loyal Gloria's customer. When I was on maternity leave I ordered weekly. I've never had an issue until now. I love Gloria's and always will.Today I placed an order online and it didn't go through on the stores end but it took the money from my account.I called and told them about this. Unfortunately the manager wasn't on site and because of this I had an awful experience. The girls answering the phones are only good at answering the phones.I understand being a 17 yr old working my first fast food job but after a point the customer might actually be right. Especially when there isn't a manager on duty and they are the ones to make the final decision.I called and explained my issue and that I had my family over and honestly didn't have time for them to have online issues, I said I just needed to feed the family and the kids needed to go to bed soon and if she could just make the order and take all of my information (I even offered her my first born child) I would gladly pay if my payment doesn't process but as of now my bank says I paid so in my opinion I paid for this food.Over and over I was told "I hear you and there is nothing I can do without a manager "I continued to be told this without any sympathy. I continued to go back and forth with the girls on the phone , continuously being put on hold, being told they were calling the manager. To the point where I was like honestly I don't have time for this. My kids go to bed soon, and we just need dinner.The person on the phone keeps telling me the manager is telling her there is nothing she can do, and I'll get my money back eventually.So I went to the store to show them how the money was taken out of my account. I get there, and I'm still told the same thing: "You aren't hearing me , there is nothing we can do."She had ZERO sympathy.Finally, I get a random call after I go home and forget about this MESS. It's the manager. He apologized completely for this issue, offers to hand deliver my food for me, and tells me he would have given me the food from the start

I live in elderly housing and a bunch of us order out quite often. This is my favorite place to order from. My favorite is a steak and cheese sub. It is to die for especially on the rolls they use.

Overall, a decent spot for a quick lunch. I got the Greek salad with steak tips and chicken. Had good portion sizes on the meat. The salad was pretty basic.

Such a great hidden gem in Winchester! The service is always great here, and the steak tips and honey BBQ chicken tenders are a must-try! Pizza is good, I love their signature pies. Definitely worth the try if you're in the area!
I usually go with Buffalo Chicken Tenders, Kick'n Chicken Wrap, or a calzone. Consistent and solid food. Best chicken tenders in the area.
