I came here with some family the night before Thanksgiving to find the establishment empty at 6 pm but we had still made reservations in advanced as they are often busy. It appears as a small whole in the wall so I would highly suggest reservations if possible otherwise you would have a wonderful view to admire at the beach while you wait. For starters, we had their fluffy and plush white bread dipped in olive oil and garlic paste. Each of our entrees came with a starter salad topped with what appeared to be their Italian dressing. We also split their shrimp scampi appetizer with garlic bread. Conveniently enough, it came with 4 pieces of shrimp as well as bread, perfect for our party of 4. As a scampi lover, I was in my glory with the aromatic sauce on the crisp bread. Entrees included frutti da mare, eggplant special with their homemade fusili pasta, mushroom and cream ravioli and a side meatball. Everyone was very happy with their choices! The eggplant special was an eggplant parm but could have been fried a bite longer to retain a more substanial crust. The raviolis were limited but served with a rich mushroom sauce. I love, love, love the meatball though! It was soft, juicy, and flavorful. Dessert was a slice of limoncello cake with their fresh made whip cream. Although I am not a fan of citrus dessert, I kept coming back for more with this since it was still light and sweet. Overall, we had a great experience. Service was kind and consistent. Food was delicious and justified by the view and their prices. Parking can be difficult if on an especially busy day since it is strictly street parking. I would definitely come again and recommend others to too and BOYB since they do not serve alcohol!

Absolutely love this place! Best Italian food around. Our must visit whenever we are back in Boston from NYC. My husband says it they make the best Veal Parmigiana ever. Great service and simple surroundings. Definitely 5 stars all around!

Went there several times pre-covid. It was a great little BYOB find and the food at the time was fantastic. We returned as many of the current reviews seemed to echo our experiences pre-covid. The setting needs a major redo but it is across from the beach so I guess they think they can ignore the interior. Wasn't the cleanest place I've ever seen. The waitress was a hard worker and very sweet. We had made a reservation and wondered why there were only a few people in the restaurant on a Sunday at 4 p.m. (normally, the line would be down the street--warning signal?). We ordered an asparagus and proscuitto appetizer (proscuitto wrapped around asparagus). Nice presentation BUT much of the proscuitto was stale. We told the wait staff and she asked if we wanted something else. She said the proscuitto was freshly sliced (highly doubtful). We said no, but we did pay for it. We tried bites of two other pieces, one stale (i.e., not fresh), another barely passable. We pushed that aside as this was looking good. Meal arrived. Veal marsala, barely luke warm, and half of the pasta was stone cold, the remainder was luke warm. So weird. Other dish arrived and it looked steamy...it was a fruitti de mar BUT the mussels and clams were overcooked (dry and rubbery), stuck to the shells, ugh. Very pricey for a pitiful experience. I doubt we will ever return as there as so many other wonderful restaurants to visit in the area. Very disappointing.Parking: Street parking only.

Cafe Rossetti is a wonderful gem. I always order the Chicken Parm and my husband always orders his special Shrimp Alfredo (minus the broccoli). They make it special for him every time and he also brings his own angel hair pasta which they prepare for him. The chefs are always outstanding and the servers, Anita and Donna, always go above and beyond. The food is always incredible and a big plus is BYOB.

This place, which I recently discovered is awesome. All authentic, home-cooked food that is delicious (eggplant, linguine with white clam sauce, and shrimp fra diavolo). Bring your own so relatively inexpensive. Great view of the outer harbor. Donna is excellent.

This place is so good. It's small. It's cute. It's right on the beach. The servers are amazing and knowledgeable. Ask them for recommendations!! I have been here three times and every experience has been outstanding. Highly recommend the chicken cutlets with spinach and mozzarella and the tiramisu. Sooo good!
