Absolutely the worse delivery ever. I am never ordering from this place again. I gave the delivery driver a small amount of tip because that’s how much I can afford. And the driver delivered my order and called me and was disrespectful to me, and he called me ridiculous, and he told me next time to keep the money to myself. Absolutely insane. And he can see the tip before he delivers my order. So why deliver in the first place? I even regret giving him that small amount, and people don’t understand other financial struggles. I am never ordering from this place again, I used to order for over a year from this place, but because this problem happened twice from the same driver, they need to respect customer.

Out of all the Chinese restaurants I have tried in Boston, this one definitely takes the top spot. The service was great, and the staff was friendly. It's always nice to feel welcomed and taken care of when dining out. The food was another highlight of my experience of course. It was fresh and served hot, which is always a plus when it comes to enjoying a delicious meal. There's nothing quite like savoring flavorful Chinese cuisine that's made with quality ingredients. Now, I understand that the restaurant has only one table and operates more like a grab and go establishment. This place definitely limits the seating options that's the only con. Overall, based on my experience with great service, fresh and hot food, and the friendly atmosphere, I would highly recommend this Chinese restaurant.

I have frequented Happy Kitchen several times in the past year. Although I don't live in Winthrop, I try to make a point of visiting when I go. Their standout dish is the wonton soup. I have had several, and this is the best in the area. Their service is timely, and they seem genuinely appreciative of their customers. I knocked one star for the chicken and broccoli, as the chicken in that dish has been inexplicably inconsistent. Hope to try that dish again soon.

could be the worst chinese food I've ever had the displeasure of getting... although the staff were pleasant & smiling!the crab rangoon batter was very thick and had little filling. the chicken fingers were just the opposite with the batter falling off, and no seasoning. I ordered chicken pad thai extra spicy, and it had virtually no seasoning let alone spice! on a positive note, they didn't screw up the white rice...this is the 2nd time ordering from Happy Kitchen, because I give everyone a 2nd chance, but never again!!

What truly sets them apart is their lightning-fast delivery – it arrived piping hot and quicker than anticipated. From every dish was a culinary delight. Kudos to the team for their exceptional service and consistently delectable offerings. Highly recommended for both the food quality and speedy delivery!

I didn't have enough to give a tip the delivery driver was rude and told me to never call again and that he will never deliver to me again. I called the restaurant and the lady said the same thing to never call again.

They told me they were giving me fried rice. They did not mention “pork” at all when I was ordering. I can not eat due to my religion so this made my visit unpleasant. The food was good but overall I think they need to work on their service.

Decided to try this place based on the positive reviews and was not disappointed. Ordered pan-fried noodles with shrimp, which contained at least 5 different fresh vegetables and a good amount of shrimp. Tasty sauce allowed the individual flavors to come through. Portion was large, enough for dinner and enough left over for lunch tomorrow. Bought some extra rice to stretch it, since there was plenty of sauce. Owner is cheerful, friendly, very helpful, and eager to accommodate customers. Several regulars came by during my time there and all interactions were familiar and warm. This is a great little local place in Winthrop, and it won't break the bank. Highly recommended!

Tried this the other day. I’ve purchased general gau’s combo with lo mein. I switched over from the nearby happy garden. They are very similar. However I’d say this one is slightly sweeter, crispier and spicier.Which I really enjoyed. The delivery from happy children through DoorDash, was much faster than that of the competitor, happy Garden. It was also much hotter.- Will be back, thanks

Decided to try this place based on the positive reviews and was not disappointed.
