Tried it. Didn't like it. Just my opinion. My friend had gift cards which wouldn't work no matter how much you tried to swipe them. That was super frustrating.

this location is really pretty and aesthetically pleasing. i ordered a burger and sweet potato fries which were good for the price until i found a dirty fingernail clipping stuck to the burger i had nearly finished. i’m not one to complain about things like hair in my food but a dirty fingernail clipping is vile. i brought it back up to the counter and the cashier offered to make me a new burger - which i obviously refused as i had no desire to eat anything else that came from their kitchen. the staff spent a while analyzing the fingernail clipping on my plate at the counter and the guy on the grill station stared at me intermittently as i was waiting to get a refund which made me feel uncomfortable. they were speaking to each other in another language so i’m not sure what they were discussing. its a shame because the food tasted good and the atmosphere of the restaurant in general was nice but i have no interest in ever coming back to this restaurant.

The app is faulty and the restaurant is uncooperative. The app said my order didn't go through and I should try again, but change the order a bit in case they're out of something. I did. The second order didn't seem to be going through either. Then it all reloaded and I had two orders listed - 1 minute apart, with only one item removed, AND THERE WAS NO WAY TO REACH THEM TO CANCEL IT!! I called their number 8 times. 5 times it rang for a while and went to a voicemail where it said that the voicemail box could not take any more messages. The 6th time I called it sounded like someone picked up and hung up. The 7th and 8th time it went straight to voicemail. They didn't wonder at the identical orders. They didn't call to double check that one of them wasn't in error. They didn't pick up the phone when I tried to alert them. They charged me for both full orders. And there's nothing I can do about it. ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! And the food was mediocre.

The truffle burger is very tasty and the good sauce is smacking. I have had the chicken and beef version and love them both.

Delicious burgers and not fatty or greasy at all and they are also very juicy and not dry at all at the same time.They are a bit pricey though, my order came to just over $15 for the new truffle burger and regular fries.These are more in line with sit down restaurant prices IMO and you get less food but you also are not paying a gratuity either.The new truffle parmesan fries were priced at $7 which I think is way too high.I couldn't really taste truffle at all on my truffle burger but it was a perfect burger none the less.Their sauce and crispy shallots are amazing.The fries are not greasy at all they seem like they are air fried and they are very good.The fries are sprinkled with a spice and they don't really tell you that so make sure to tell them you don't want it of you don't like spicy fries.It's not hot or spicy at all but it tastes sort of like Taco seasoning with out the hot spicy part.All the food is locally sourced and non GMO and they even use a fancy katsup from NY.The

I have a love/hate relationship with B. Good in general as well as with this B. Good specifically . Get comfortable... In General: B.Good shoots itself in the foot with its frequent menu changes. I love turkey burgers. For years my favorite burger was the "westside" made with a turkey burger. It had pico, guac and chipotle drizzle/aioli situation. It was delicious. They then blew up their menu. They had the westside on the menu still but they changed the turkey burger to a turkey & mushroom burger patty. It was disgusting. This put me off B.Good for the year or so that this was the only turkey burger option.. They then changed their turkey meat option back to just turkey but they blew up the menu and removed the westside style. They have something similar now called "the cali" but instead of pico, its tomato and corn salsa. I cant deal with corn in things. Then, B.Good got rid of turkey burgers altogether for a bit allegedly due to a turkey shortage. Some months later, they brought back turkey burgers but now theyre different. Instead of what seemed like hand packed ground turkey with the majority of the seasoning left up to the specific preparation, now they have more densely packed, saltier turkey burgers similar to the premade ones you can but in the supermarket. It is what it is...I still get it. I have to customize the prep a bit but it still comes out very good. This Location: I have had some problems in the past, including the cook arguing with me once claiming a regular beef burger that was served to me was turkey when it clearly wasn't. The staff definitely has cycled out multiple times since then so its all good. I'm back in this area for work too so Its I'm a regular patron. Now, in 2023, all my orders have come out correctly and in a decent amount of time. Location is clean. The "oven finished" fries are still DRY AS HELL though. I only get them to have something else with my burger. Sadly I think the days are numbered for B.Good. They went from 65 locations in states as far south as Virginia to just 11 locations currently in MA/NH/ME. They just closed the nearby-ish Burlington location a couple months ago. I'll get as many burgers as I can in before what seems to be their demise. This is just a feeling... I dont have any knowledge... but it seems they are not flourishing as they once were. One addtional note - I miss the fountain soda they used to have (from Maine I believe? ...cant remember the brand name)
The restaurant has a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, they don’t pick up the phone for phone orders, which can be inconvenient for customers who prefer to place their orders over the phone. Secondly, there is no customer service available at the store, which means that customers may not have anyone to turn to if they have any questions or concerns. Lastly, the only interaction is with the computer, which limits the possibility of unique customizations. It would be great if the restaurant could offer more options for customers to personalize their orders.
