We were part of an unexpected large group of 30 on a Saturday evening. The staff did an excellent job of accommodating us and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Genuinely some of the nicest staff you'll ever find in a restaurant, and I've been in alot of them. The guys cooking your food in back love what they do. At over 25 years experience for most of these guys, you can be sure when you get food here, it's being prepared and cooked by some of the most knowledgeable and passionate cooks in the industry. The folks serving you, are the otherside of the same old coin. Just as experienced, just as caring, and enough level temper to keep the whole place running like car fresh off the line.I know the deserve 5 stars, and I think you should go learn why.

I would highly recommend this restaurant. There was a mix up with our bus tour and 40 additional people converged on the restaurant on a Saturday evening for dinner. The staff scrambled and did an excellent job of taking care of us. Grace and Thompson served with professionalism and mirth. They apologized profusely, but that was unnecessary as the service was better than many places where I was expected. The food was very good, but our two young servers were the highlight of our evening.

All I ordered was French toast eggs and bacon with syrup and butter all I received was French toast I even picked the order up from the restaurant. How does a business that’s known for breakfast forget butter and syrup for French toast very disappointing I most likely will not return

I have enjoyed Bickford's for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I especially note they have great seafood. What a surprise! Today I had my worst meal ever. I ordered the fried clam plate. The clams were over cooked in oil and were crispy and burned. I notified the waitress. She was not the typical mature staff member. The kiddo informed the manager. He said was busy fixing a ceiling fan! I ate what I could. Paid my bill and tip and left. Avoid the clams! Manager needs to take a class in hospitality.

This is a casual sit-down restaurant which offers a very varied menu from breakfast served all time to lunch with salads and full dinners like salmon.Vegetarian options: The restaurant has many different options for vegetarians. When does it mean to have meet with eggs and home fries.Kid-friendliness: Folks bring their kids here because they have high chairs crayons and the kids menu.

Quality Depends on dine in or take out, I'm writing this review in hopes it makes you change your take out habits..when I dine in your restaurant it's always a WONDERFUL experience your staff is pleasant & efficient & clean and I rarely ever have a complaint. But your take out is never a smooth experience for us, quite atrocious to be honest, minimal efforts made for consideration of transit with food. For example I received burnt pancakes that were then laid next to in the same container as corned beef hash and two over easy eggs...the egg yolk soup in my container upon opening wasn't pleasant, and upon even attempting to eat it my pancakes they were burnt and in turn tasted like corned beef hash & egg yolks. I adore this restaurant & location and would love to benefit your take out option but unless this changes I will no longer be using it and with a newborn it's been tough to make trips there...so disappointing proper food separation for travel would easily fix the issue.

Place was busy every time we went but well worth the wait. We were visiting from Texas when we tried this place. If we were local I would eat here often.

Just left the restaurant. Was sitting there for about 30 minutes for what was told to us would be a 10 minute wait eventually went to the front and my name was crossed out and never called. Two girls were at the front desk gossiping instead of giving customer service and checking in to make sure we were taken care of as we were the only people in the lobby for a while. Completely unaccepatable. Ive been going to Bickfords all my life and can safely say I will never be going back.

Love the Big Apple pancake, with an omelet and sourdough toast and jam, and coffee. Worth the drive.
