I Love this place growing up until last night when I got a Very rude “duh” From the man working there because I didn’t know the fish plate was a sandwich. I decided to not place my order and leave and I probably won’t be returning. The food is pretty good, but the service I could say

The drive through worker was extremely rude. First time going here and asked a question about one of the menu items got a rude response turned right out of the drive through went somewhere

Starting visiting Bill and Bobs in the early 80's ( I'm getting old ) and I can't complain- my super beef has been constant. This cold night visit I went to the drive thru Ordered a regular roast beef sandwich and a super beef with sauce and American cheeses and onion rings and a small black raspberry shake If you like a roast beef sandwich give them a try- they have locations in Woburn Salem and Peabody

Good roast beef sandwiches made to order. The place looks "tired" despite their efforts to improve it. Dining area is 1/2 flight upstairs and looks to be stuck in the 60s. Food is very good though.

The cook & the manager were super friendly and efficient. Still one of the best spots for a beef with cheese, sauce & mayo. The sauce is a bit spicy but good.

Smaller, but they have all the essentials! The hot bar is nicely stocked and always fresh even later in the evening.
Rolled up to the drive thru and was met with blatant disrespect, drove off because I was so mind blown by the attitude the order taker had. Will never return.

Very disappointed with my beef, stopped in after work Friday got a super beef and fries. Drive thru was only thing open. Went home beef had average amount of meat. But most of meat was gray and flavorless. The sauce and mayo could not save it. Fries were meh, lukewarm on the ride home. I won't waste my time again. Neither should you. Wish I took a pic.

The food here is delicious, and has a wide variety of options. The service there is great. It only took them 5 minutes for them to cook and serve my food. The ambiance is decent, however the lack of a public restroom basically brings it down. But I would still recommend this place if you're ever in the Peabody area.
