We booked Blance's Ice Cream truck in March 2023 for a family event that is taking place on 7/1. Kate assured us we were booked and would be in contact that week. I inquired about a contract and she said she doesn't do contracts. Yesterday (5/24) she texted me that she needs to cancel due to "personal reasons". She did give a list of other vendors but they are already booked, considering the event is only 4 weeks away. when I expressed my disappointmen, her response was "well, I told you it was due to a personal issues". It's certainly not the end of the world but can you imagine of this was for a wedding? In my opinion, in order to succeed, business owners always need backup plans. She didn't even offer a different time for that day. Again, not the end of the word but very disappointing. Because I can't trust she will follow through, I would never hire her again.

Kate was great to work with when scheduling a fundraiser for our school. She was prompt in responding to emails and in arriving/setting up and in leaving/breaking down. The students loved the ice cream and it was such a big hit, that she returned later that day for the after-school crowd. Thank you, Kate!

Blanches Ice Cream truck was the perfect compliment to our back yard graduation party! She was easy to work with and put up with our ever changing guest numbers and start time with a smile! The ice cream was creamy, delicious, and fresh! I will heartily endorse this business!!

Blanche's made so many 5th graders extremely happy at the Malcolm White Elementary School today! Customer Service was great. Blanche's was on time and delivered as expected! It was so nice not having your typical ice cream truck be party of a special event!
