This is a serene and peaceful spot, perfect for focusing on work or losing yourself in a book. The coffee is excellent, and the sandwiches are delicious. Additionally, the convenience of parking makes it an ideal location. Highly recommended for a productive or relaxing visit.

My first experience at a Caffe Nero was met with complacency and mediocrity. The staff could have cared less to be doing their jobs and filling orders correctly. We ordered two bacon sandwich rolls we did not receive. We got cold sausage rolls. The cakes that we ordered were fine but nothing crazy. Our beverages, we ordered a coffee and chai late, we’re both ok. Again nothing to rave about. The girl at the front desk should not be in service of any kind. She had a blank stare on her face the entire time she was serving and was not inviting at all. She gave annoyed looks to several other patrons who made simple requests and looked as though she hated her job.Could be a super cute place but needs better staff. Also not worth what we paid.

Store closed early on Friday with no explanation given. It has 7-7 posted on its front door for Fridays. I tried to stop by at 6:50 and the doors were locked.

Perhaps one of the most inconsistent cafe/restaurant experiences I've ever had. I live nearby and as such have visited this store at least once, often twice a week since open for breakfast foods and coffee. Shortly after open I had food and coffee with very consistent prep across many visits, but after a few months the experience rapidly declined. Food inconsistently heated (either still cold in places, or burned black), coffee prepared inconsistently or incorrectly, and in general the quality of drinks -- especially frozen drinks -- suggest some retraining might be needed. On a recent visit, I rejected a breakfast croissant that was burned black on the outside and received a replacement that was cold instead.Additionally, on several occasions I have been told when ordering in person that they are "out" of certain ingredients for a frappe latte, but after placing an order online moments later they were able to prepare it just fine. Suspect it was just a case of not wanting to do the extra work.

What can I say? I just love this place. The place is spacious and relaxing. I was going to put my hear buds in then heard Vivaldi playing in the speaker here. I have having a wonderful yogurt parfait with strawberries and granola chunks mixed with pumpkin seeds. Heaven in earth. Parking galore@
