I had a birthday party here and not only was the server and managers super attentive, The GM came and checked on us also, food was out in a timely manner and everyone had a blast ! Thank you guys so much !Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old daughters party was amazing and all the children had a blast

Howdy! Absolutely breaks my heart to have no choice but to drop a star for my favorite place, which can be easily fixed. I come here specifically to ritually play Pump It Up XX, and for the past half a year as of this writing, the machine still says offline. I have beat so many of my machine records offline, and it's a shame I cannot save them to reflect on my am.pass which I bought a few years ago to dedicate to this spectacular game. I'm grateful they fixed the panels which were absolutely beaten few months ago; now it's pristine for the time being.PLEASE, D&B staff. Modify the machine so it consistently stays online. That'll bring my back to 5 stars. Also consider upgrading to Phoenix.

Good food, kind service, fun games! One of the few arcades where you can get a lot out of a small amount of credits. I won about 4,000 tickets, which is the most I've ever gotten. Would recommend for arcade enthusiasts. Please keep in mind that it's designed for adults 18+, and kids must be with an adult at all times. Also, if you are planning to get dinner and play arcade games, it's very expensive!! We spent almost 100+ per person with four people.

Waited over 30 Mins to get food when it wasn't even busy. Food was boring and bland.. Me and my hub won't be eating here anymore but we enjoyed the arcade and still had fun.

Games are EXPENSIVE wait that might have been missed THE GAMES ARE EXORBITANTLY EXPENSIVE AND THE PRIZES ARE AS WELL. It’s a nice place to spend some time with your s/o or friends and can be quite a good experience. The games are very pricey ( like $1-2) as a minimum for coin drop games. To spend a couple hours and enjoy yourself expect to spend a bare minimum of $25 per person ($35-50) if you want to actually play games and not decide what ones are overly expensive. I’m going to spare you the details but by there conversion ratio of tickets to USD an XBOX series X will set you back about $10,000. They won’t accommodate towards a ticket difference of any amount unless you spend $. Again not bad but definitely not what you would think of as an arcade. Think of it as a kids casino and you’ll have a better mindset.

I'm a regular in Natick and the service in Woburn is atrocious comparatively. On 4/6/24 around 2:30pm we sat at the bar and waited 10min before a girl who was running around the 360 bar without ever acknowledging us asked a tall guy with glasses to come help us. It wasn't even that busy. I am a kitchen supervisor in premium dining at Fenway and I am super patient and understanding of variables that could cause this but I would at least make sure my employees say "sorry for the wait but ill be with you soon!" She never even looked at us. Unfortunately, the tall guy never came back to ask us if we wanted a second drink. In fact, a blonde girl came in to be the 3rd bartender during our visit and never acknowledged us either. It actually pained me to leave a tip. Meanwhile, there's all the servers standing around doing nothing but waiting for drinks for tables from ONE bartender who just ignores the rest of the customers. It's a ridiculous set that the GM needs to address.

The game system is so rigged and a complete rip off. You spend $50 to get 25 cent toy. At least have the decency to gives these kids a normal prize worth something more than 25 cents.
