I'm aware that March madness is very popular but I was denied slight volume on the volume of the tv right above our head. It wouldn't have bothered anyone and after all it was the Boston Bruins. I was disappointed that a local establishment wouldn't want to hear the Bruins in a small corner. Now I'm aware Bruins can only be seen at Jake n joes not heard. Thank you

The steak and cheese egg rolls were fantastic the Mac and cheese was good but could have been better I found out if you put the rest of the sauce from the egg roll on to the Mac and cheese makes it a lot

A bit of a strange experience. I ordered the steak and cheese sub and it was lovely. My partner ordered a chicken BLT. The BLT arrived and they’d forgotten the chicken. I called a passing server ours was busy. The passing server asked me to check the other half of the sandwich to see if that’s where the chicken was. Not sure if she thought I’d be ok with 1/2 a chicken sandwich. Luckily another young male server stepped in and said I’ll take that away and sort it. It took 2 further attempts to get it right

JULIE, KIM and BIANCA were beyond amazing tonight, julie was the host/manager and julie & kim as my bartender.Julie handled a situation that could have progressed into a serious altercation so professionally it was baffling.Kutos to those three gals for being so welcoming and accommodating even in uncomfortable situations

Great place to come and chill out with friends or family, but when my family ordered are food it took around 20 minutes for our server to come back with appetizers. After we placed our real order, she took a 15 minute break. Eventually we got our food over and hour later after ordering, I ordered a Crispy Chicken which fell apart and was dripping with chicken juices, my brother got a grilled cheese which tasted just okay, and my mother got the Mac and cheese which came out lukewarm and didn't taste good, the chicken was so bad we had to reorder a pizza and it tasted like poop, overall our server was nice but she took so long with refills and food. The lights were pretty cool though.
Our waiter, Chris was attentive and very helpful. I love the burgers at Jake &Joe's, but last night missed the mark!! It was quickly removed from our bill, so that was appreciated.

We had a family party of 8 there - all adults. Seating choices were high top or booth. There was music on, but not awfully loud. Food was basic American sports bar items, average to pretty good. We didn't have any alcoholic drinks, so can't comment on those.
Good food, great place for drinks and watch sports, and the servers stay busy but always come around to check up on you, to ensure that you are okay.

It's a sports bar! If you remember that, you'll have a good time. Our server was excellent! We had our book club meeting during our dinner, and it was a little loud, but we could hear each other. I thought it was pricey, $36 for steak tips and a club soda. The food was delicious!! All in all, we enjoyed it and are going back next month!

Everything seem to be ok. Our waitress was friendly. Place wasn't very busy. And our food came pretty quick. About 10 mins into our meal we see a MOUSE Run across the dining room. I questioned myself and other with me. Did ya'll just see what I think I saw??? About 1 minute later another mouse followed by a third run by the tables against the wall and over to the bar area. Like WTH!!! So that was it for us. I just couldn't take a bite of my food. These MICE are pretty comfortable roaming the restaurant if they are coming out and running around while there are people there. I wish I saw the post about the mice beforehand. It seems to be an ongoing problem there that still hasn't been fix.
