Poorest customer service, had a mix up with the order, which normally would have been nbd things happen, but the manager was so rude and unprofessional about it threatening that I would have to pay for both next time. On top of that behind the pick up booth I observed extreme lack of cleanliness and organization. If you have a food allergy and or like ur food to be clean, I would highly recommend ordering elsewhere.

Food and service are ok. The atmosphere is nice in the morning with a lot of light coming in and good calm music to get work done. However it gets very busy and loud at lunch so I tend to leave around that time. The wifi is the worst though! They really need to fix it because it takes too long to even load a website and now I usually go elsewhere to work and eat in the morning due to this constraint.

False advertising, they have a menu board that says "pick any two" but you are getting charged for both!Then you have to stand around ( I waited at least 30 minutes) to pick up my food.ITS TERRIBLE having to hang around the front of the place where you are bumping into peopleThe staff is not the least bit helpfulToo expensive, I'm not cheap but $36 + dollars for 2 sandwiches that don't include drinks is a RIPOFFNo interest in ever subjecting myself to Panera torture again

Visiting Woburn area for two days and arriving in the evening we were looking for something known, quick and dependable. This Panera failed miserably. Ordering at kiosk was fine but long wait for order to be completed. Out of pagers so needed to stand close to counter to hear name called. Watched 3 items place at counter prior to name called over about a 5 min period. One of the items, mac and cheese, was lukewarm even cold in spots. Bread was hard, basically inedible. Sandwich was OK but without side ordered so had to return to the counter. Overall disappointing experience. I recommend going somewhere else in complex.
