Hadn't eaten here couple years. Chicken parmesean was terrible, tasted like chicken had been frozen and not fried fresh, dressing for salad watered down. Used to be a favorite. No more.

Eh. I was craving pizzeria Regina pizza and was so looking forward to it. It was not great. The dough was soggy and in the crust parts almost not cooked. Next time I'll ask for crispy. The parking lot is HUGE but full; we ended up parking in a neighborhood behind the restaurant. (I'm sure the neighbors love this) I will be back and will make a sure to order it crispy.

Will never return to this restaurant.We were seated at 2:50 PM Friday afternoon. At 3:Pm we received our first round of drinks. We placed our order at 3:10PmAt 3:20 we had finished our drinks and put all the empties at the end of the table so the waitress would notice we would like another round. The restaurant was by no means busy and the waitress was kind of just floating around and actually walkednear our table at least 3 times and never asked if we would like another drink. At 3:45, we finally just yelled to her to get her attention. By this time, we were getting upset that after waiting 35 minutes our food still wasn't ready and there was no explanation. I was insistent that we were upset, and for some reason she thought that was funny. When i assured her, it wasn't funny she said she would check on the food. In the meantime, the table next to us, got up and walked out as they were also tired of waiting for their Pizza. finally got our food. and only 1 out of two dinners was really good. The other , just so so. we also ordered a large cheese pizza and asked that it be cooked a little longer than average. That went on deaf ears as it came out very chewy. Well, that was $160.00 worth of lunch really wasted.Will never go back again

Forget this place. You need to have plenty of time if you plan on eating here. We waited almost one hour for two meals and a Pizza. (One meal just ok, one meal very good. Pizza not cooked as requested, not even close) Service was awful, waited 25 minutes in hope the watress would notice 4 empty glasses at the end of the table indicating we would like another drink, no luck there. We had to call for her. Overall, it was a horrible experience for which we paid $160.00. Polcari's should take some of that profit and hire a manager that knows how to run a resturant.

Absolutely terrible. Waited almost two hours and never got our pizza until we flagged down a manager to get our pizzas boxed and the bill so we could leave. Watching everyone else around you, even those seated 30, 45, 60 minutes after you get their pizzas before you is upsetting and humiliating. They did comp the pizza now cold when we ate it at home. Too bad, pizza is still great but wow.
