Of course it also had to taste good and help with my health goals! This service checks all those boxes- super easy, delicious, healthy fresh food delivered to my door; and it can even be frozen if necessary! Perfect!

I ordered shrimp and bok choy, cajun salmon and roasted cauliflower, hot pepper chicken, soy ginger steak and buffalo chicken quesadilla. I thought the food was awesome. The food tasted fresh and very healthy. I was impressed with the menu, the portions of the fish and meat, and loved that there were options without rice (there was a healthy portion of bok choy with the shrimp!).

I've tried quite a few meal prep services, but I really enjoyed Premium Preps! There are a ton of options to keep it interesting, which is a huge plus compared to other services. The food was fresh, tasty, and it held up well throughout the week. The portion sizes are good, and the nutrition info is clearly visible on each package. Delivery was within the promised range, and I'm looking forward to trying more!

I’ve tried a few of the commercial “fresh” made weekly delivery services and I have to say Premium Preps has by far blown them out of the water. Fresh, local, great flavors, and supporting a small business is the way to go. They have been friendly, communicative, and open to feedback. Some of my faves so far have been the citrus salmon, chicken burrito bowl, and the egg cups with protein muffin tops. Definitely give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
