Worst subway store I have ever seen till day, lazy staff.I am writing this review after multiple times I experienced some or other problem.Better shutdown or hand over to someone who is good at doing this business

I placed an online mobile order for 2 sandwiches. It said it would be ready at 6:30 and when I got here it wasn't even started or made. There were currently 4 customers in line and it took over 10 minutes for them to get their food. This is supposed to be fast, easy and efficient. They messed up many orders and left customers feeling aggravated. They are extremely slow and careless. After finally speaking up saying that I was waiting for a mobile order, they finally started to make it and it was wrong. They then attempted to correct it and it took another 10 minutes for them to make my 2 sandwiches. I am just confused and baffled by how unprofessional and slow they are here. People stand here waiting and they don't speed up. As I'm still standing here waiting for my food one of the employees leaves from behind the counter and goes to sit at a table and use her phone. DO NOT COME HERE! I've never had such bad service in my life.

Racist employeesMy husband ordered Italian Herbs and Cheese bread veggies Sub. The employee was laughing on our accent. Also, there were his friends who were also laughing at us and recording us.It’s been many years living here, this country has treated us very amazingly, but this was the first experience and it was horrible. Very disappointed.

Switched gloves between every order, so didn't have to ask to in order to avoid the common cross contamination

Be warned: this location seems to be losing its staffing and the sole remaining employee has been instructed to lock the doors during business hours. They're trying to only fulfill doordash orders, but the supplies and ingredients are increasingly spoiled and past expiration. Check the reviews and notice the decline over the last two months. Customers are receiving inedible food.I'm not sure why the location is still open.

Been working near this particular shop for 7 months and I must say that, the entire store needs to be retrained in all aspects. The staff wofk hard, no issue there. But beyond that they are always out of things. Whoever is running this store needs to be replaced. There are days when there are no sandwiches available ( at subway how is that ever possible) literally at the height of lunchtime.Even today there was no marinara. Online orders are routinely incorrect and missing options.This shop is failing

Just ordered a sub and chips from here on Doordash. Paid $22 total for me to get no chips or napkins and literally 2 pieces of turkey in my sub.. Tried calling and they don't answer the phone. Will never order from here again!
