FANTASTIC place to hold a private event. Steve was SO pleasant, responsive, and professional. He made the planning so easy, and the staff took such good care of us during the event. I felt that they truly cared about giving us a positive experience and am so thankful that we chose this restaurant for our very special event! Thank you Steve and team. You're the best!!

This is just a burger and pizza place. Everything else is like a Bickfords in that most everything is frozen and not fresh. We were a party of four on a Saturday night. The kitchen was very much behind on everything, and our hostess did keep us updated, which was helpful. The salmon and meatloaf steak tips were overly cooked and not edible. The manager comped some of our food, which we thank him for. The deserts would be a 2.5. I gave them a 3 for atmosphere, and it wasn't their fault, but they could have said something to the parents that allowed their kids to run around like it was Chucky Cheese. Why parents can't control their kids makes for a very uncomfortable evening. We prayed that nobody would get hurt as the kids were funny up and down the aisles where people and staff were moving hot food. So, if we ever go there again, it will be just a hamburger or a pizza and drinks.Responding to your reply:When you respond using personal attacks, that certainly tells me about your character. Had you responded professionally, I would have removed my review, and the fact that you mentioned my friend's name on a public forum shows that you sir should never be in a manager's role. That was unprofessional and out of line. My friend thought the wings were okay, but he ordered medium-rare steak tips, which were well done. He is not one to complain, so he didn't say anything to you about it.I did say in my review that you comped us, which was much appreciated, and that our server kept us up to date on what was happening in the kitchen. She was very kind and pleasant too. We gave her a 25% tip from the total amount before you comp'd portions of our meal.My review was about the food and quality (or lack thereof). There are just some things that you need to prepare better. You should take the salmon off your menu.Lastly, I have been in retail management for over 30 years, and I have responded to many good and bad reviews. However, I have never lowered myself to the level that you have by posting such a hateful and damaging response. If one of my managers had responded as you did, I would have either suspended him, written him up, or even fired him. I am sure that the owners of the Brickyard would have had you respond with empathy rather than in an immature and defensive way.Remember that everything that you do is a reflection of the whole business.

If you want good service don't come to this place at all. My family and I weren't greeted at all we were ignored the whole time and the place wasn't busy at all. We finally called someone over to seat us to our table. The server had a defensive attitude, and the food wasn't that bad but it also took too long of a wait. I highly doubt not recommend coming here at all!

I am a semi-regular here and can always count on this place for good food and drinks. I or someone I'm with has had most of the items on the menu and nothing has been bad or even "meh"; it was all good. This is not a fine dining establishment with 5-star food - it's a very good local place with good food, a good atmosphere, and some terrific items on the menu. Their pizza is among the best in the area - not just Woburn. It's a smallish pie with a thin crust (which is outstanding), appropriate for two, maybe one person if hungry. A lot of options for toppings/specialty pizzas. Great burgers - tons of choices and the ability to customize. Great steak and cheese egg roll app. Great onion rings. Their painkiller drink may be the best I've ever had. It's really, really good. The majority of the times I've been there, I've been on the first floor, which is relatively small. They have outside seating in good weather - probably 2-3x the inside seating. They have bands outside once a week. Great atmosphere right in the center of town. They have a downstairs that is more basement bar/clubbish, a totally different vibe. Not my gig so I won't say good or bad.

The wings were a hit for my family. I will definitely order them again. I had to be convinced with the pretzel sticks and pizza, but maybe the food is twice as good when you dine in.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Every time I go to this restaurant I'm never disappointed. The staff is excellent and the food is great. The pizza is delicious, especially the shrimp scampi pizza. You can also make any kind of sandwich or burger you want. I will definitely be going back soon.

Took 214 years for me to get my food and our server said that it was because another server took it and gave it to another table. Plus we had no utensils and need to flag down someone to bring us napkins and forks/knifes. My food finally came and it sucked. Never again. Server was nice but to use the term "upscale pub" is way off.

The service completely sucked. Wait time was ridiculous. Every table was not clean or bussed so the whole place had a dirty vibe. I had to go to the bartender for a refill or extra silverware or napkins. Manager was not customer service friendly or even seemed like he cared about pleasing the customer. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Ordered for the first time, made a build your own with jalapenos. I expected more than 1. They also forgot the kids cheese pizza, called once the driver was pulling up.
