Should be called the rude burger.... unmotivated, unhelpful and impatience cashier taking deep breaths and giving us a sassy attitude every time we asked a question about the items on the menu as my fiance is vegan and it was our first time there (Drove 25 minutes from peabody to get there) once our order was placed she came back to the table to notify us there was no veggie burgers (wich i don't understand why would they 86 an item when they literally have a supermarket right in front of their store but that's just me bad management i guess) and seemed surprised when i told my fiance cancel the effing order talking about no respect as if she was being polite to us from the get go pfff please you get what you give ! Learn how to treat customers.

there customer service was horrible not only was they closed a hour early then what it says online they were very rude of saying it didn't explain anything, just rudely said they were closed.

Absolutely fantastic burger place. WUBurger is exactly what you're craving, when you're craving "fast food". Their waffle fries are perfectly crispy, the burgers are flavorful and satisfying, and the ice cream tastes home-made.Would recommend getting the sesame bun on any sandwich you might get. Beyond the excellent UBurger, I've really enjoyed the South End chicken sandwich.Yeah, this place is the best.Parking: Good amount of parking outside. Sometimes it can get tight, but you can always park at the gas station next door.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is pretty easy from the parking area.

You order the food over the counter, the girl who took the order was friendly and helped with questions on the menu.The restaurant has a classy / retro dinner vibe to it.We ordered the…Firebird chicken sandwichGrilled chicken chipotle sandwichVeggie burger, waffle fries and a side of the special Wu sauce.The food took some time to come, however when it came to the taste, it was pretty darn good. The burgers are a bit on the smaller side, if you have a healthy appetite, you might need to order more patties. The waffle fries are a must try, crunchy, freshly fried and seasoned, don’t miss.Enjoy ! bon appetite !

Wuburger was our first stop after landing at Logan, eager to visit our old favorite. Disappointed would be an understatement.The burgers are no longer smash patties, rather preformed perfectly circle slabs of beef.Their fries used to be fantastic, but have sadly been replaced with battered fries which tasted terrible.Service was friendly as always. Sadly, will not be returning.

Clearly a long-standing local fixture. Diner retro atmosphere is very familiar. Food came out quickly, I ordered a double Wuburger with bacon and waffle fries. The waffle fries are a must. The burger was absolutely delicious, their 'special sauce' is uniquely flavored and very tasty. 10/10 recommend.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces available when I went on a Wednesday evening

Have visited twice so far and the food has scored well on both quality and consistency. WUBurger is now a regular lunch destination for me and I don't see that changing soon. If you're in the area or even if you're not, stop in for dine in or take out. Oh, and great value too.9/10, you won't be disappointed.

I had a chicken sandwich and fries was so good. I wanted cheese fries but cheese was too spicy. Great service and delicious food. Place was so clean and staff were busy keeping the place spotless!!!! Great service and if problem they would take care you!!!

Wu Burger used to be one of the best burger places around. Unfortunately it appears that they have changed ownership and it has gone downhill. The burger paddies don’t seem to be as fresh as they used to be, and the fries are totally different. I am sad to say that I probably won’t be eating at Wu Burger again anytime soon.
Why does it smell like Roach spray when you first walk in the place.Burger Patty is thin not a good burger.French fries are pretty good that’s about it.

Our experience was good. Nothing to write home about, but still a good burger. However, the waffle fries were better than the burger, which was also a little disappointing. I would have liked to see a little something extra from the signature burger and a restaurant that prides itself on locally sourced ingredients, rather than a regular cheeseburger and "wu sauce".

One again I am disappointed!!! Its been 3 years since I have been here cause last time I dealt with the same thing. The guy working the front was doing his best and moved fast and was the only one in the front. I saw so many people walk away cause they couldn't be acknowledged at all even a " I will be right with you" goes a long way. I think the owner still doesn't see the issue or seem to care cause things have not changes. This was this way before covid so blaming it on that is not the case. The food is good but needs to have employees that want to be there. It's not easy I know I worked in the restaurant business for 15 years and I know what it takes and looks like to keep customers. Short staffed is not the issue cause we all understand that but just let customers know that you know they are there. I watched people leave left and right and probably would have waited if they would have been seen and told they have been seen. We all can see and respect the person working alone but ignoring the people waiting is not gonna make people understand that they are short staffed. Cause i have been there and customers always thanked me for alteast acknowledging them. The people in the back were acting like they were on break the whole time!!! They can be seen and what we see is people touching there hair and face and looked.like they were in slow motion. Don't have a open kitchen if you can see the people working not even care about there job. Cause its out there in plain sight that they all did not want to be there. 4 people waiting and the place was not busy so 45 min for a burger is unacceptable. The place is being run by children cause not one person had a care about customer service!! And that's what matters when you work in a restaurant. Won't ever go back cause I thought maybe things would change. Close down if you can't get good employees rather than hurt the reputation of the store. Customer service is key even if you are short staffed.
