I had a great time eating /Drinking delicious food & cocktails at 1885. The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely enjoyed the very modernstyle. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great! If you are looking for an elevated cocktail experience, look no further. 1885 drink menu specials are the best in the city of Worcester.My personal recommendations for foodBrunch- Steak and eggs (potatoes are absolutely incredible)Deviled eggs with pork belly (WOW)General Menu - I just had the chicken, shrimp, steak kabobs… bursting with flavor.Lamb Meatballs (pickled onions just takes this next level)This place is going to make some noise in the city for years to come!

Drinks and small plates were amazing. The scallops with pork belly is a must order! Staff is very friendly and Chef Adam really knows how to bring new exiting dishes to the menu, everything here is uniquely made. My company party was also hosted here for the holidays and it was one that our staff keeps talking about.

I visited 1885 for drinks and small bites and it didn’t disappoint. The lamb meatballs were delicious, the focaccia was warm and fluffy, and I wanted to eat the dip with everything. The mixologist behind the drinks menu has an elevated take on cocktails and they were complimentary to the food. On top of everything, the environment has great energy. It’s evident the owners were thoughtful about the overall experience. Absolutely returning.

Went to 1885 a few days after the opened because I heard good the food was and I’m a sucker for a good espresso martini. Was more than impressed with the selection and quality of food. Their chef Adam knows what he is doing! Highly recommend the focaccia with burrata!! Our table ordered almost everything on the menu and there wasn’t a thing I didn’t like.We came back a week later for brunch. I had the quiche of the day which was caramelized onion, spinach and goat cheese. Needless to say, was fire ?. My wife got the steak and eggs and I was a little jealous. I almost ordered another one.Our waitress was so nice and accommodating as we had our 3 month old with us. Very very pleased with both of our experiences and highly recommend to anyone in the Worcester area or anyone looking for a drink and a good meal before or after a Woo Sox game.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Our group had 3 kids under 4 with us and we had no issues with space or having our strollers and diaper bags close by.

Everything about both experiences was amazing- Food was fantastic, service was impeccable, and the overall vibe of the physical environment was fun and edgy. Definitely a great spot for a date night, girls night out, or any other occasion!

1885 is a new fun crafty cocktail bar / restaurant in Worcester. I’ve been there for brunch dinner and for an event and each time it was amazing! From their espresso martini to their meze platter and the brunch steak everything was beyond perfection. Also have to add their staff are super friendly and went above and beyond especially when I was there with my 3 month old on Sunday ! Great atmosphere great food can’t wait to come back !????
