At 4:19am on April 18 2024, I walked inside to purchase a beverage while pumping gas and the store Associate angrily yelled at me GET BACK TO YOUR CAR, YOU CANT LEAVE IT UNATTENDED! I'LL LOSE MY JOB!..even if this is true, unbeknownst to him my wife was present at the vehicle.. I don't enjoy being verbally attacked early in the morning by an unstable human.

Terrible customer service. I just went in there to play some numbers the lady was walking from behind the counter left me standing there to go check in and order instead of taking care of me I didn't have that kind of time to wait so naturally I left and won't be back

What's the point of having a restroom if you won't allow paying customers to use it. I'll stick with the Sunoco across the street.

I went there around midnight for a quick snack and some drinks. The cashier was extremely rude. The way I was treated was a downright embarrassment for 7-11

Went in with a flat tire in my trunk I'd just patched up, thinking "this is a fairly new gas station, they should have a good air compressor." Wrong. When it became clear the machine wasn't working, I went in to ask the attendant about it. She was busy laughing and having a conversation with the guy in front of me. When she finally acknowledged my existence on the other end of the counter and I told her about the problem she flatly replied "It takes cash or card". When I said it still wasn't working she simply threw her arms up and looked at me as if I had asked her to design a rocket guidance system, and said "Yeah, I don't know." Not even a simple "I'm sorry" or "I'll notify [whoever fixes those things]. Just looked at me as if to say I was asking something completely unreasonable of her.

The person behind the counter was very professional and friendly, but she wasn't able to let me reload my chime card because of management policy. Not her fault at all. If my rating was based solely on her performance, I would be leaving a 5 star review.

I went there just to get a late night snack with cousin new to town from Kyrgyzstan. She had her service dog with her for emotional support and the guy questioned her why. Therefore I replied her reasoning which is not needed and the guy continued and disrespected me and my family and ruined her first time in a Americanized 7-11. Not happy with the mistreatment of a disability. I will no longer continue to buy from this location.

HORRENDOUS Management -- Fired for Nothing!I know this isn't really the place for a job review, but I'm a firm believer that the way a manager treats their staff is a direct reflection of the store/company's values and attitude toward customers. I worked at this 7-Eleven VERY briefly (about two months) after budget cuts and lay-offs hit my previous job. When I first applied and landed an interview, all the assistant manager kept repeating was that the general manager would be excited to hear about my availability, even when she asked me to talk about myself a little. The manager was nice, so I don't fault her for it. But then I started actually working there.I was trained for MAYBE three hours on the computer and then got another three (dare I say four) hours of hands-on training between operating the pumps, using the lottery machine (I'd never used one prior), taking the register tills down, etc. My training was never revisited, and the person that was supposed to be training me would often disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time to bring bags of trash to the dumpster that was less than 50 feet away. He'd run out to the Wendy's next door unannounced, leaving me to fend for myself with next to zero training. One night, I was working the counter with a different coworker. The night went fine (just slow), and then two days later I got a text from the manager claiming that I'd stolen from the store, and that I couldn't come back until the higher-ups investigated and made a decision. I've never stolen a THING in my life, and she made this claim without providing any evidence (we had security cameras everywhere, so if I'd stolen, it would've been caught on camera; regardless, my job was worth more than what she claimed I'd stolen). If I'd been caught on camera stealing, why was I never called in to speak to her in person? Why wasn't there a meeting between the two of us and my coworker, who was the only other person there that night? I never saw a report or even verbally spoke to her after she spouted the claims that I'd stolen from the location; this whole ordeal was handled over text messages. Needless to say that I was confused, and my automatic response (because I've worked as management before) was to offer to pay the deficit back to even things out. She never replied to my offer, and two days later I was fired. The atmosphere was great and most of my coworkers were lovely. I would've happily stayed there to earn extra money as a second job, but being fired with ZERO evidence that I did anything wrong is just unacceptable management behavior, whether it was due to her judgement or the higher-ups. Shop here if you want to, but if you need extra income, find another place to apply to.

Love how the staff are keeping us safe during a pandemic by not wearing face masks and helping people and preparing food. Thanks for nothing
