Today, soup that was labelled as vegetarian contained pork. I only realized this after consuming half of the bowl I purchased. Whats worse, is that management knew about the issue when I returned, and only said "X was supposed to change the sign". If they are this lax about their ingredients and labelling, I absolutely would NOT eat here if you have any time of food allergy, food intolerance, or are on any type of restricted diet. This is especially alarming considering it is connected to a major hospital.
