I was thinking this place was a local owned shop, but it's some noria/shell mix plaza. Food is expensive and not worth the premium prices. My sub was lacking in meat, and i ended up throwing it out. service was virtually nonexistent. Maybe they just need to iron out some things, and shell could get it right, but it wasn't a good experience. Not sure if this is in a good part of town but a guy came in begging for money while we were waiting too! lol.

You would think after almost a year being open they would have figured out ALL the online platforms for ordering don't work, there site everything is out of stock and GrubHub only have a pepperoni sandwich listed and nothing else from Amatos just the convenience store stuff. It always takes forever so would be nice to not have to wait for 30 mins in the store

Good food great prices. The older lady used the f word at check out she had a nouria shirt on. Would have been nice not to hear that with my grand daughter with me. Also, it is Hello too much to ask or thank you verbally. I saw it on a sign. But the loud you're welcome from the cashier was nice, even though it sounded sarcastic. Gotta love worcester.

“It’s real Italian”My ancestors were rolling over in their graves as I ate the “classic cold cut Italian”Worst Italian sandwich I’ve ever had. Won’t be back

So one day I asked the guy if he could make me a very simple sandwich He told me that I needed to hurry up because he was also very hungry and wanted to go have his own lunch and so that just deterred me from the place for good even though I live right across the street. Was a major bummer and disappointment. Sometimes I go there to try to get food and there's like girls cleaning under the sink and stuff and they don't hear me asking for help which kind of sucks but I guess at least they're cleaning it a lot. Sometimes I grab food off the hot rack and it's usually pretty good. I think the customer service interactions could be improved a little bit but overall they have a pretty good turnout for food.

It was a cringe event as I watched someone preparing the food, wiping her nose with a tissue that she kept in her hand. Then she proceeded after just wiping my nose, making sense sandwich for a patron. She touched everything with the hands that she had wiped her nose repeatedly I gave my sandwiches away because it was 1:55 PM and I don’t know how much of the food she had touched with the napkin still in her hands wiping down spaces
