“Went on a weekday, was busy but had an open stool. Got the chicken and waffles with a side of homefries. Huge portion of chicken, fresh fried and perfectly cooked. Tasty waffle. Homefries were decent but I like more seasoning and crispiness. Very pleasant server, great atmosphere.“

“Great first time experience! We came from Jersey for my bday weekend and wanted a quick breakfast. I wish I remembered the blonde lady’s name who took care of us but she was amazing. Very attentive even though she was handling other tables and people at the bar. Food was fresh and came out in a timely manner. And the pancakes? Delicious. I’m not easily moved, but the fact that the service AND food were great is what won me! Highly recommend.“

“We went at a great time, which was around 1030.So the breakfast crowd was gone and the lunch crowd was "not yet"!My cheeseburger was huge and delicious. The fries could have been a bit more crispy though .The staff is super friendly and attentive.Nice clean casual atmosphere.I can't speak to *peak hour* service, as I avoid going to restaurants at those times.“

“Jean's Place is a local breakfast/lunch spot that has good food at prices that can't be beat. Seriously, I got 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 French toast, home fries and coffee for under $10. That's a great deal. She's an older woman, but she had counter help on Saturday morning when I was there. It's a little run down/dated, but you know the place has been around a while. No parking lot really, but plenty of street parking. I grabbed some home made cookies 4/1$ on the way out, and left a good tip since she needs to stay open!! Give her your business if you're looking for a cheap no nonsense breakfast with good service.“

“Great food at great prices. This place is homey and friendly. Don't miss the amazing breakfast potatoes!Parking: Parking is not bad for a city spot but there is no dedicated parking lot. It's well worth any extra steps you'll be taking for the delicious food. We usually have no problem finding a spot on Sunday mornings when the parking is free.“

“Good find! Decent food and reasonable prices. Went with a friend. Both got burgers, cooked to order and tasty. Server was very friendly, just seemed to take a long time to get our food. Note that it was busy while we were there. Disappointed the onion rings were of the frozen variety and an upcharge of $1.50, but I didn't ask when ordered. Overall a good place to go, for good food. (FT burger in picture - yummy)“
