I ordered online so when I get there my food would be ready. Do you think it was? Of course not, they even started taking and giving other customers before starting my order. They didn't give me a tray for my drinks, no condiments either or napkins.

Very rude people working there with no customer service training, responds aggressively to questions and when you try to report one to the other, they defend their co workers with no apologies, tried calling the number online to report but no one answers the phone, very terrible place to spend your money at this location 865 grafton st, Worcester.

My child ordered a 6pc nuggets got just fries and a toy umm where are the nuggets and then when u call them they don't answer the phone..awful this place needs to be focused on cuz just getting worst Grafton street..

Typical fast food chain restaurant. The biggest issue I find at all Burger Kings is that the burgers are just barely warm. I don't know if they still use heat lamps or not, but the food is never hot (although tasty)

DO NOT GO IN THE MORNING!!I tried ordering chix & waffle fries when whomever it was , was being rude that they didn’t have them. Then while trying to figure out what I wanted the lady had tried speeding me up for her drive through times. While not knowing what comes on sandwiches I was asked with a bad attitude: “bacon, sausage, or ham?” When getting up the the window the lady was very attitude ridden for being there so early. My total was $35 and would not take my $50 bill. Instead processing to hand me $4.50 back from $40 with a cash filled till. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND!!! Service there sucks!

The DINE-IN section have been closed since late last year! VERY INCONVIENIENT. I was in a car with someone that had a paper coupon and I have the mobile APP. They told us we both cannot place more than one promotional orders at once and we should place only one, pay for it and they go around and come thru again to place the second. After going around for the second time, THEN I was told that the mobile APP could be used as well as the paper coupon from the same car??!! I'm confused. People have tried to walk through on foot! What da hell!! Either fix the dine-in/walk-in section PRONTO or bend the rules a bit to accommodate non driving customers!! What ever happened to appreciating your customers!FURIOUS ?

Today I went through the drive through window. & Gave the lady a couple code 2287. I forget my paper coupon at home but luckily I took a picture of it before I left. I proceeded to pay but a lady in the back yeld out give him back the money. She came to the window & said that they only take paper coupons Not a picture of one. The order was $19+ she didn't tell me that I would have to pay full price. I would have. She was very rude about it. I Will Not Go To This Burger King Ever Again. Staff at this location needs training on Customer Service.
