I brought my son here for his first real birthday. Everything was very good, and if a mistake happened, they fixed it immediately.Kid-friendliness: It is an arcade for kids.

Kid-friendliness: Took my 2 daughters and niece here 2 weeks ago. Very friendly staff, the staff kept the entire place exceptionally clean and all 4 of us had a great time. So great we ended up spending like 2.5 hours there. Chuck E Cheese has some of the best pizza around too. Myself and 3 girls under the age of 11 polished off 2 large stuff crust pizzas, one cheese and one hamburg and sausage. Will absolutely be going back and recommend it to anyone with youngsters looking for a nice dinner stop to kill a few hours for very decent prices all around ?

Food is old and disgusting.Worried about poisoning from the wiltered and old veggies at the salad bar, absolutely disgusting.you have to ask for water, it's not a typical option. No healthy options for people who come along to celebrate little ones

I brought my kids here (5 and 7) on Saturday afternoon/evening 3/16/24. The place was packed the whole time we were there. I really loved the pay per time option vs the arcade standard of pay per game. The best part of the place was the staff, hands down. I was thoroughly impressed with each and every employee that I had an interaction with. The first one was a young man at the enter/exit gates. I asked him about the different play purchase options-this was our first time to Chuck E. Cheese so I wasn’t sure what exactly to do. He happily explained the difference between the “minutes” and “points” options at the kiosk and what best suits different types of kids. I could tell he genuinely wanted to be helpful, which he was! As well as friendly and polite. Another employee I encountered was a girl at the front counter who was taking people’s food orders and helping guests who needed it. I believe her name was Jasmine but I’m not positive. Anyway I had to bother this poor girl at least 3 different times if not more due to my purchases not being credited to my rewards account. Even though she had to deal with me all of those times for something as stupid as rewards points, she was patient and understanding the entire time. She never got annoyed, frustrated or impatient. She was happy to help and didn’t mind that I had to keep coming back. I felt horrible to have to do that to her but she never made me feel like it was an issue. Finally, the last employee I want to mention was the girl at the arcade prize counter around 8pm. I’m not sure of her name but she had glasses and short dark hair. Anyway there was a ton of families surrounding the counter waiting for their turn to cash in their points. She was the only one (initially) waiting on the giant crowd of impatient, tired, cranky kids and parents alike anxious to redeem their arcade points so they couls go home. In between all the craziness of trying to manage arcade points and prizes for each family she also had random kids coming up to the counter shouting questions at her about this toy or that prize etc etc and so on. She managed to answer questions thrown at her very quickly and without missing a beat with the family she was helping choose prizes. Most surprising thing about all of this is that the staff I am referring to here are all young! Can’t be more than 20 tops and that’s a guess on the far high end.Overall the place was great, employees top notch and the value was pretty good. Only complaints I have is that the games don’t earn a lot of tickets. Which is understandable due to the play per time option. However, the prizes cost a LOT of tickets. Like, an exorbitant amount. Arcade prizes are always a rip off but in this case it was next level. We ended up with about 5k tickets after playing from 2p-8ish which cost me about $150 for the play time. At least half of those 5k tickets were from promotional offers/rewards etc. so I spent enough to earn 2000 bonus e tickets thru rewards plus they sent me 500 bonus for registering up on the app. So really at the end of the day we only earned approx 2500 tickets without the extra ones that were gifted/earned thru rewards. Even with 5k tickets we only left with 2 sm stuffed animals/couple tiny pieces of candy. two swirly pops, cotton candy. that’s pretty much it.Also, food was expensive but that was to be expected.Thank you again to your awesome crew. Hope they get some recognition.

We recently attended a friend's daughter's birthday party there. Easy to find location, attentive staff, and a ton of games. I liked that they went to an electronic system for the game tickets. Less paper to manage. The only downside, and this may have been just cause it was a Saturday, was parking was a slight challenge. Otherwise, would recommend!

Lots has changed, now you have to grab your food in the back. Miss the whole bringing food to your table. Went a few months ago barely any arcades, now the whole place is filled with new games and machines. The nostalgia is still there, few new things but still a classic.

Lots of teenagers working and THE PIZZAS. THE. CHEESE. MOLDY FOOD YOU GUYS. THE STORE MANAGER THERE DOES NOT F.I.F.O OR CYCLE COUNT INVENTORY. You guys are eating moldy pizza and cheese and wings. The staffs cover the moldy cheese with pepperoni and extra sauce. The wings have weird taste. Teen staffs kissing in the bathrooms and back of building.

We just took my 3 (almost 4) year old son here and we had a blast! It was a great time, and we loved the play passes! You get to play a lot in two hours. The place was clean and there was plenty to do. We even enjoyed our cheese stuffed crust pizza and some ice cream! We had some much fun I decided to book his 4th birthday party here!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
