One of our favorites! Delicious food, large portions and a great neighborhood feel. We enjoy everything we ever order here. Popular take out business, but a few tables to eat in.

The food is always excellent! But... the prices have skyrocketed! $40 for 2 takeout wraps... I didn't check prices before ordering because I had ordered them before but not in the last year or so. Just unexpected...

So I had a less than pleasant experience here yesterday, Saturday. Having worked at pizza places for over a decade, I view them as take out places, so I never ever eat in. I am also quite selective where I order from, but I've ordered from Ciao Bella several times, and I usually order the roll-ups.I ordered a pizza this time. I was out running errands with my mother and we had been out for a couple of hours, so we're a little tired. I figured we'd go in to Ciao Bella and sit down to have a slice of the pizza and take the rest home. This was my mistake. There was literally nobody there, it was a little bit after 1 pm. The girl at the register gave me sort of an attitude almost right of the bat, about how they don't do table service. We didn't really need table service, so I asked her to give me two paper plates when my pizza came out, which she did. We were very careful at the table, I put the menus away and wiped the table before we left, put the menus back carefully, and looked around for a garbage can to throw the plates away. We were there for 15 mins tops. The cashier proceeds to tell me that next time we couldn't do this, and pointed at a sign that sat 'you need to sit down for table service' and walked away. She provided zero table service, and I asked for zero table service. Yes, it was a pick up order (there was a tip), but customers can change their minds, and I did not make any unreasonable requests, I did not ask her to unbox and re-box the pizza, I simply asked for two paper plates. We picked up after ourselves. I did walk up to her and I told her that she was rude. She did not apologize, and again mentioned the sign. Who trains these workers? Zero common sense. I don't know that she could have been any more unwelcoming.

If you’re thinking about working here, don’t. It’s completely unprofessional and immature to ghost a new hire after the first day of (unpaid) training under the mutual understanding that I’ll be given more hours and then force me to play a one-sided, week-long game of phone tag where you continually tell me through intermediaries you’ll call me back and then never do.

Meh. Ordered a Greek salad which consisted of - spring mix, Some cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and a boat load of feta cheese. Not sure how that is considered a Greek salad. Also got pizza, which was good. But not more than 3/5
