First of all, the coffee is strong and I loved. But, unfortunately the pastries are not really good and the appearance of the facilities is not the best, need some work.

Probably the best cinnamon roll I have ever had, it didn’t look like it would be amazing but boy was I wrong. It’s like a croissant dancing with a cinnamon roll, and then they end up eloping and making these wonderful little buns of joy.

Come here a lot because of school and the convenience. There aren't any tables inside so it's really just a takeout spot. The people who work there are normally very friendly even when there's a large group of us. I have had multiple pastries but really enjoy the croissants.

Coffee and bagel were ok, half the menu was out. Inside was filthy and everything was covered with flies. Had to eat outside.

One star for their royal icing cookies, especially around Valentine's Day. Perfectly crumbly, excellent icing work, and always very cute. The rest...it's just consistently mid, and I resent that that quality of items has affected Birchtree now as well, going so far as to basically replace or augment most of Birchtree's recipes with items delivered by Crust, where Birchtree once had an extremely unique baking program. It's so obvious now because they even have the same cookie cutter Thanksgiving menu. I used to enjoy hitting up both stores for their unique wares for the holidays (especially Birchtree's chocolate rye cookies) and now it's just uniform across the board. Finally, it is always infuriating to order from them on Toast Tab, everything is either out of stock, not updated, or lagging. Classic example of expanding WAY too soon and too much. Worcester benefits from small independent bakeries, not bakery chains, and if you're consistently recycling menus and items across three locations, there's no excuse to have any website or ordering difficulties. Items tried: peach cheesecake kouign amann, cookies, croissants, breakfast sandwiches, brownies (I do like their raspberry brownie), Mayan Mocha iced coffee (RIP), pretzels, mac and cheese (bleu cheese has no place in this dish although toasted croissant on top is smart), apple cider donut (baked, not fried), 'what's in the box' (5x items for $27), churro croissant (very airy), other various items since 2016. Ultimately, Crust is indicative of an unfortunate trend I have dubbed the 'Rocco's effect' where laziness and expansion prevails over innovation, small-batch curation, and aiming to have a market chokehold in lieu of letting others thrive. So many other cities succeed at this and have a magnificent bakery scene, and I am continually left wishing we could sustain the same.

Crust has a really fun seasonal coffee menu with all the delicious fall flavors. I got a pumpkin cheesecake latte that was scrumptious. They have dairy alternatives, which is a big plus. A decent selection of baked goods, a lunch menu, and cute merchandise. Good sized seating area and fun decor- they're currently decorated for Halloween. I would definitely stop back in!

Listen to me… LISTEN .. BEST .. and trust me sir or madam… I’ve been down this road, I’ve lived this life… BEST CHEESE DANISH I have EVER had. This danish took me down to cheese town. I asked ChatGPT to write me a poem about it.In Crust Bakeshop’s warm embrace,The best cheese danish find it’s place. With flaky crust and creamy bliss,It’s a treat no one would dare to miss.

Delicious! Came here while on a work trip. Super friendly service. They had about 8 different coffee specials. The maple pancake cold brew was delightful and the cold brew had a lot of caffeine if you’re needing something with a kick. Ordered 4 different pastries and all were good. The chocolate croissant was the perfect combination of buttery and flaky and had lots of chocolate. Highly recommend if you what a great cup of coffee and a pastry to go. Not a lot of seating if you’re looking for a more sit-down cafe.

Only tried one time. Have to go again before I can give an honest rating on food. Customer service, outstanding.

Crust is exceptional but almost any measure. Located on the Lincoln Square end of Main Street, it provides an array of artisan breads, pastries, bagels, sandwiches and croissants and oh are they good. There are a couple of window bar seats to eat at, otherwise their trade is all to-go. I tried a cider donut and a cheese danish. Both are sinfully delicious. Can't wait to return. Highly recommended.

it felt like the perfect place to visit for both breakfast sandwich and baked treats. It is a small store with some seating available indoors. You can see their baked goods on display. You order at the counter and everything came out pretty fast. Their breakfast sandwich is made with their own bread. Filling wasn't too special, but the bread definitely made up for it. They had a pina colada scone that day which was delicious! The cheese danish was also really good. It felt a bit pricy to pay that much for breakfast, but would definitely be worth the occasional treat.
