Attention Store Owner:The fake blonde asian woman working on 04/23/24 was incredibly rude. She is consistently rude everytime we come in. Drink is always depending on who makes it. Honestly hit or miss. Really overpriced. Charged me for big daboba but given small? This is what got to me. I also ordered two smoothies and saw her use a spoon in the back (not sure if it was clean) to take some out of one cup to put in the other drink because she didn’t make enough. Safe to say we won’t be coming back.

To the store ownerI like this place but the Asian girl staff who has blond hair is seriously a problem for this store. Her attitude to customers is so bad. She is just looking at her phone all the time and she never says sorry even though she was making a mistake with overcharging the customer.I am visiting several times now because I like the taste of tea, but that staff should be changed.

I'm conflicted with this place, but ultimately won't likely return. The mango frappe was actually very good. However, the brown sugar coco was incredibly sweet - even getting it only 50% sweet. Initially I asked if coco was coconut or chocolate, and I think there was a breakdown in communication. I ordered under the impression it was coconut, but it was literally just cold cocoa with boba. I couldn't even drink it, it was so sweet. In addition, parking around here sucks because it's essentially in the middle of a city. If you're walking around, it's fine - but I drove here specifically for this so wasn't super excited to be parallel parking.

This is a great little spot in Downtown Worcester which is one of the few restaurants that is open 7 days a week for dinner. I've eaten here several times and it is a few blocks from the AC Hotel. I've tried a variety of things and they have all been excellent: miso soup, a variety of sushi, tempura, house salad with ginger dressing. Items that didn't quite meet my expectations were the Avocado Salad, where everything was chopped and lumped together. The Spicy Ramen with chicken was OK, but not the best that I have had. They now have a limited bar, of just beer and wine. Note that the food comes out very fast. If you want several courses, they tend to bring everything close together. I suggest ordering the first course, then adding more on once you finish

Very rude manager!!! I am ordering a milk tea when I hear someone throw my jacket on a chair. I go ask why he moved my jacket and he said he was the manager and needed this spot. I ask the desk if he was truly the manager and they said he was. I guess I questioned it because how rude and disrespectful he was to me. Later I realized he needed this spot for his friends to come in and take this spot. If the manager came and asked me if I could move my coat I would've been happy to. But you just throw it on a chair next to it without asking, and then starting a fight with me in the store, I find that to be disrespectful and rude This will be the last time I ever enter this business Not everybody follows your social media site and you should be respectful to people that come in instead of throwing their property aside like it's meaningless to you

I didn't end up getting boba here because they ran out of brown sugar boba and regular boba. I would've had to wait 1+ hour for the boba for my drink which wasn't worth it since we were in a rush to leave. Usually, I would expect at 20-25 minute wait as they would prep the boba as they're at 20-30%, but this was unacceptable for a boba place :(

I love the aesthetic of this cute place and the workers are very friendly. The tea itself was solid, but the boba was unfortunately underwhelming. The boba disintegrated in my mouth and had no bounce, chewiness, or add any additional flavor. Worth a shot, and may try it again in the future to see if they have upped their boba game!

I love this spot! It's my go-to boba place. I highly recommend the brown sugar taro milk tea. I love the variety of non-dairy options. The decor is beautiful, they always have good music playing, and the staff are very friendly!
