Dominos sucks. I ordered a pizza online to be delivered to me at work at 2am. The app crashed and wanted me to reorder, but it said it could not find my info. I assumed the order was canceled and went to Mcdonalds instead. But to my surprise, my debit card was charged. Than a pizza was delivered the next afternoon to my job at 2pm. They told the guy something was wrong. Now I cannot get hold of the Dominos it used to place order, I want a full refund. Talk about getting a cold pizza!!!

I will never order again this SUCKY pizza chain. Everything about them is the worst. Instead of focusing on delivery THEY SHOULD FOCUS ON QUALITY and SERVICE!!!! Especially in the Worcester area!

Thank you Berkan! He arrived fast and even rolled down his window to make sure it was for me. I used to work at the Domino’s in Holden and the team was always hard working and friendly. It’s the same owner at West Boylston. When we get delivery, it comes from West Boylston cuz we live closer to there.Food has always been good! My family usually gets a cheese or extra cheese and I get either a pan pizza or pasta/sandwich. Food always arrives hot. Today I decided to get the pepperoni cheese bread cuz I like pepperoni and it was great! Stuffed bread was nice and buttery and crunchy on the outside like it should be. Thank you! : ]

I placed an order of 2 medium pizzas, bread sticks, and a 2 liter. The food had not arrived two hours after my order was placed. I called the store and they said the driver was just now leaving and would take 12 minutes. I said that was okay as long as the food was going to be hot. Long story short the food arrived cold, and my sprite was room temperature. Typically when I order from this location my food always comes late, my order is incorrect, or the quality of the food is lacking. I’m a fan of the dominoes franchise however this specific location is struggling to live up to the standard.

Manager did not understand my request and refused a refund because she cannot speak English well enough to understand my request. Will never come back again.
Has gone way down-hill over the past few months. The consistency between who’s making the pizza one night versus another is night and day — sometimes great, sometimes awful. Forgetting garlic, etc.The other night I had a car-side order. Order finished and I waited 20 minutes before I finally went in and asked for my order. Ended up with a free pizza because of the 2 minute timer but what a waste of time.

Domino's never disappoints! I ordered their Pepperoni Pizza, and it was delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese was gooey, and the pepperoni had just the right amount of spice. Plus, their delivery was right on time. Domino's is my go-to for a tasty, convenient pizza fix.
