Trying to call the number online to reach them is horrible. I’m calling since I just picked up a bagel and some coffee and donuts and they messed up on my bagel. It’s insane to me that I’m paying for a bagel and cream cheese and not have the thinnest layer of cream cheese. What’s the point of charging cream cheese if not going to get any.

Depends on when you go.. there's a few workers who know how to treat customers..A few during the morning are very rude.. belive 1 is the manager always takes regulars first regardless of who's waiting to order so become her regular and get half priced coffee on her shifts I guess
