Bought bagel minis 1st was soft gooey and golden 2nd was hard as a rock and looked old. Returned it and the manager implies I didn't buy it today that its old but she will make me another 1 dismissively. That behavior is disgusting and to imply that someone would keep a single old bagel mini to return at a future date is insulting to say the least

Manager is extremely rude she needs to be fired ! How Dunkin donuts can allow a manager like her to run a store is beyond me ! The food presentation sucks , the food taste like the chemicals you clean the oven with ! You ask for liquid sugar and you get granulated sugar ! This is unexceptable!

I love this Dunks the customer service is amazing and so is the way they make my coffee! They actually care to ask if it’s good ? and if it needs any tweaking but 90% of the time it doesn’t honestly! They are not only fast but they are very personable, kind, friendly & to me that’s all a plus nowadays! Patient enough to take time to make sure I’m satisfied they truly go above and beyond! So if I could give them a million stars ✨ I would be so happy to applaud ?? them and say Thank You ?? for being a part of an excellent team that is rare!!! God Bless them for being able to make another blessed day for their customers as always! The best Dunks yet! ❤️ ?????? ❤️?Kid-friendliness: Customer Service is way above average! They are very rude ppl and I asked them nicely to toasted my child bagels but it was completely burneedand when I said it’s burned she got really rude and mad at me and give me very disrespected answers ba , that’s not the problem my son is allergic to meat and she was making all the sandwiches with the same gloves, which is illegals Violating safety guidelines in restaurants and she was touching the bacon and keep doing the other sandwiches at the same time and her hand was completely greasy and disgusting, she hand it to me with attitude and I end up taking the sandwiches but I throw it away because my son can’t eat it and went to different place , very disappointed

This Is a good dunks with good service however I'm not happy that the manager always yells at her employees in a very rude way. They forgot to put whipped cream on my coffee... not a big deal at all. Had I know the manager would yell at the poor girl who was pretty much swamped with orders.. i wouldn't have told them to add the whipped cream I don't like that bs.
