Really conveniently located in the entrance to the UMass Memorial Medical Center--University Campus-- is a Dunkin' Donuts. The staff are very friendly and the food and drinks are really fresh and affordable.

too many hands on deck and orders are wrong often. In a hospital where you have employees running down before a meeting, clinic or the OR its hard to go back to get what you actually ordered. The ladies at the pick up section too busy flirting with constructions workers there to pick up orders - causing back up and a crowd of ppl just trying to get their orders. Very unorganized!

Not at all surprised by the negative reviews here! This Dunkin' is extremely slow every time, even when you can clearly see that they aren't understaffed at all! Employees are always running around behind the counter appearing busy, but still somehow not getting anything done, anything you order takes forever! Many times I have only ordered one cup of coffee & have had to wait nearly 10 mins! Unacceptable...they must come up with a better way to service customers, or they'll certainly lose business here! I preferred when it was Starbucks, the coffee was always made fresh, workers were right on it, no matter when you stopped by & everything was just all around so much better! There was also an employee named Emma who was fantastic, who I'm sad to see is no longer working there. You always notice a huge group or customers standing around waiting for their orders, getting aggravated with the ridiculous wait times! Dunkin', please try to do better than this! You are located in a very busy hospital, many of us are really in need of faster service, because we stop by as we're leaving the hospital, or at times are purchasing items for patients, and would really prefer more effort & better, higher quality service! It should not take more than a few minutes for a cup of coffee or one pastry!! I'm very surprised that you are still in business truthfully & haven't been shut down yet. Maybe try hiring new employees, or retraining current ones to move a little faster, so that the lines can go quickly for all?? I know some have large orders, but you can't tell me that 10+ mins is normal or appropriate for one coffee or one donut/muffin, etc. You literally just have to pour the coffee & toss the pastry in a bag!

Went to eat after been 7 hrs in the hospital and the person working tell me she is not train to work the sandwiches station I ask for hot latte and the person don’t know how to do the latte mind she was very nice and keep apologizing to me wish and I feel so bad for her going trough her shif with so many rude customer after that I order a donuts with my dunking donuts card and cause of 10 cents she did not give the donuts I try pay with my bank card and the sistem is not working,please don’t put employees that are not fully train to risk them getting injury safety is always first and I love dunking but this situation take care before and employee end up getting the company in trouble with the city.

This place is always slow, waited in line for 1 cup of coffee that was wrong. Every Monday not enough help... Perhaps adjusting the schedule or hire more people. Terrible
