I never get the right order and when I return for another purchase and try to reecho my order to avoid mistakes they act so mean and shush you. I spend money there not stone so respect what people order and stop rushing to give just anything. This has been happening to me for months....fix that

Easy/convenient & fast service, but basically what you would expect from a Dunkin Donuts. Btw there's no restrooms in this particular location ?Parking: They got a huge parking lot & I'm pretty sure you could park on the side streets right next to the place (but it's never that busy so you'll ALWAYS b able to park in their lot) ?

They usually messed up my order — and when I come in to ask for the missing item with my receipt, they criticized me that I should thoroughly check for it before I left and said I just asked for free food. First of all, this place does not have a drive through — and if people come, just understand a lot of them are in a hurry and wouldn’t have time to check through everything since the line wait is long enough — so I would expect the employees to be more apologetic than just blaming it on the customers. And I won’t try to pay any dollar for your sake of careless and (always) mistaken on the order. Lamest

Dunkin's has unfortunately hit an all time low. Service is spotty at best. Hard to order ( communication is tough) and most orders are wrong or prepared in haste. Really wasting your money going there but there is very little alternative.

Quality of the overall food has gone down within the past couple of months since they have new workers. They are nice and polite but always either get the order wrong or undercooked the food. I got snackin ? that was floppy and translucent but figured they just took it out of the oven so I would need to give it time to harden up, turns out it was halfway cooked and as soon as I ate it 5 to 10 minutes later I had a mild stomach ache which I know will turn into full-blown food poisoning at some point because you're not supposed to get a belly ache right after you eat something that looked iffy to begin with. The only reason why I'm upset is because I fed a piece of this undercooked bacon to my three-year-old son who I hope doesn't get sick because people don't know what they're doing or care to do their job properly while on the clock. I've recently started going to the Dunkin Donuts downtown and it's what the Dunkin Donuts on Main Street should be or at least used to be. They remember your order right off the top of their head if you're a regular and their food is always thoroughly cooked especially if you request well done.
