The sales associates were very helpful, especially k. But paying cash for the bed that I bought took an absurd amount of time. I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before someone was available to take my partial cash payment and pay the rest with the card. Other than that everything was fine.

I purchased a living room set and my children’s bedroom sets at Bob’s in Worcester. I was convinced to purchase insurance on my kids furniture, my child’s bed broke and yet they will not cover it because of technicality of words used when making the claim. Apparently I had to state my child fell and bed broke! Instead of I’m not sure how it happened! So apparently now we need to put cameras in children’s bedrooms so we can know what happens to furniture so it can be covered by insurance purchased! Neither Bobs or Guardian want to cover the broken bed frame and I purchased insurance in vein!
