I live and work nearby this location, I come here frequently, sometimes every day.During the weekend, the people working there are a disaster! One of them is a horrible person, she always screams at customers, being rude to them and unprofessional at all. On top of that, she doesn’t do her job well, she mixed my order once and one time I found a milk tamper in my coffee!!! SAME PERSON EVERY TIME.Last incident with her was today, I had an argument with her because she didn’t put my order on the app pick up area, and when I talked to her, she aksed to stop talking!!!!!!!I am a regular customer that keep this store functioning and she can have a job, and this is how I am being treated!!!However, during weekdays, the employees are amazing, and they always do their jobs perfectly, in the past this was not the case as there were rude employees.I put one star to track the owner attention and I will not come here on the weekends. Once I see the weekend staff changed, I will change my rating.

I either have a really good or really weird experience, and it's so random. I've heard staff say sly comments and very obviously indicate that you are a nuisance. They are always out of maple frosted donuts. My favorite was the signature turtle latte but it's only seasonal. If you want to try a wrap, go with the chicken. They will give you whipped cream, even when you ask for none.

Not one to complain but had a terrible experience here a couple weeks ago. Went in to pick up my mobile order and after 15-20 minutes it still wasn’t there. Tried talking to employees about it, even after we verified that I did in fact place the other and that the location was correct they still refused to make my order. Said that “if the order doesn’t come out of the computer we don’t make it.” Told me to order again at the counter. I asked if they could just make my order now (medium cold brew) since I already paid on the app but they refused. They became very rude when I told them I’ve been going to this location 2-3 times a week for the past month and said “they have never seen me before.” Needless to say I will never be going to that location again.

The women that work here are amazing ?and do their jobs so fast, efficient, and most importantly with a smile ? ???every time I go it’s during a rush and they just breeze through the line with no mistakes and in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend this location

Only stop here in a hurry, they accommodate, I am delighted for speed accuracy, customer care kindness, cleanness, convenience, personal touch, kind words. I ALWAYS tip big. People in hard jobs do it because they have lots of kids. Come on people help these people & kids out, tip big. Reach deep.

I asked for a medium refresher. They don't me they only have large.... then I order a small coffee.???? And see a small refresher and a medium refresher. Ya no never going back don't

I'm a Dunkie Junkie and it was nice to walk in and see my favorite Dunkins worker at this location. Always puts a smile on my face. Great coffee maker and a great way to start the day.

Really weird experience. A white female employee behind the counter who seemed older than the other two, was seemingly making fun of other customers and snickering and made me uncomfortable when I ordered; complete with eye-rolling, etc. I don’t write bad reviews but management should take a look at their employees- I happened to see other reviews detailing a rude employee here.

Very unprofessional! Walked in to get an iced coffee at lunch. As I Stood at the counter while waiting for my coffee, there was a line of people waiting behind me and not one employee looked up to even say "be right with you". One girl stood next to the register blatantly texting on her cell phone. Another wasn't even wearing a uniform! Who know if she even worked there!!! I frequent this location a lot. Im not sure what has changed but the past 6 months but this location has been horrible!!! Management needs to step it up!

So I normally get my morning coffee and bagel from this location normally I never have an issue I get the same thing every visit, this time I accidentally ordered two coffees when picking up my order on my way to work. The young lady who gave me my order would not refund me for one of the coffees that I mistakenly ordered. She told me that I can only get my refund through the app I was confused still went through the app and I noticed I couldn't do it I asked her again to return my order in which again she refused. By that time I felt as though I needed a manager because I was genuinely upset because I knew I had to get to work when the person who I believe was the manager came out she said to me "well we already made the coffee and you made the mistake but fine I'll give you the refund" I intern apologize for the mistake that I made then quickly took it back realizing that mistakes happen and a simple refund was fine. The manager gave me only a portion of my refund which was $2.74 when my whole order came out to $8, I was very confused and even more upset I asked again give me my money and the woman said no I'm not giving you anything. I was already becoming late for work so I left. The women who work here need to either be fired or gained properly in customer service. THE OWNER NEEDS TO CLEAN HOUSE‼️ Starting off with the older woman who I believe is the manager

Staff seemed a bit hostile/standoffish but they make a damn good cappuccino considering it's a Dunks. Can't complain!

I was buying a man coffee and the woman who works here berated me for buying him a coffee just became she deemed him unworthy. She made other derogatory comments toward the man. I was disgusted by her cruelty.
