Unfortunately this business is literally next to my house and every morning I go with my son and husband to have our breakfast and every time we order a coffee or a chocolate they give it to us in half a glass when we pay for the full product... several times eh I came in and told them to fix it, for which this lady (staff) always comes out arguing and then all speaking in their native language that I don't know. I think it is disrespectful to speak in front of or murmur to the person who is complaining about what they bought or ordered in another type of language that one does not understand and clarify "I am bilingual" in English/Spa.Very disrespectful and lack of ethics. No customer service manners at all!

I am appalled that there is no public washroom. I was with my 83 year old neighbor and we sat inside and had a coffee and a muffin. And before we left, both of us had to use the washroom. When we walked towards the door that usually leads to a washroom, we noticed a sign that said employees only. When we asked where the washroom was, we were informed that they no longer have public washrooms.This is disgusting. Do better!

One of the worst DDs experiences I have ever had. No restroom, did not call out my order when ready, had to ask for napkins. Wake up ownership, the crew was clueless. The parking lot is a disaster too.

They made my toasted everything with sausage, egg, and white (real) ? just as I asked for it.
Sadly, this Dunkin's has two awful problems: one, the staff never look you in the eye or respond to a \\\"hello\\\" or \\\"how are you\\\". I get that it's fast paced, but I'm trying to be a human interacting with other humans. Secondly, each order placed is consistently done wrong, which is a shame given that my orders are through the app and everything is in writing already. I hate that without fail, my visits end up in wasted coffee.
