Attended a bridal shower earlier in September and the staff was great and the food was great as well. The staff was professional especially Bria the manager. She was on top of everything and made sure everyone was fed and all guests were accommodated. I will be having my bridal shower there in April and very much looking forward to it. It was a great experience! I definitely recommend hosting an event there.

I got married at grill on the hill, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Bria, the general manager made sure everything went smoothly and made sure our event was everything we wanted and more. I was marrying the love of my life Grace, and grill on the hill made it an even more memorable night for the both of us. Definitely recommend!

The best people to host any type of function needed the staff and everyone is very understanding and friendly very helpful. Also the whole set up was overall amazing. Would definitely recommend checking them out for your next event. Food was top of the line from a golf course you wouldn’t expect that but grill on the hill came through with the amazing food.
*continuation of previous review*Once we wrapped up, our photographer was extremely excited to get us done in time to enjoy cocktail hour which was supposed to run from 6-7 as we were walking to the area everyone was being ushered into the dining area. Again, felt like we were being rushed to start because at this point it was just a little after 6. Even our photographers looked puzzled, they thought they were behind schedule. As we were waiting to be announced for our entrance, again our coordinator was nowhere to be found and we could not hear our announcement. It would've been helpful for her to be there to signal us in. The only saving grace of dinner was the fact they set aside some appetizers for us at our table. We ended up doing a pasta station which was great, however It took close to two hours to serve everyone. At one point one of my guests informed me that one half of the room was still waiting to get served. I just feel like if they are going to do a made to order pasta station, they should come up with a better system to assure everyone would eat at the same time.With this, it caused a massive delay in the start of dessert and dancing. By the time everyone was fed, it was after 8:00pm. Also, I had informed my coordinator that a guest had a gluten allergy she assured me they would have gluten free pasta. When my guest informed the server, she was extremely rude and told him they didn't have any options. My maid of honor ended up going to find the coordinator (again, nowhere to be found) and telling her she stated "Oh yes I remember I just didn't inform them" Now, isn't that something of importance that everyone should've been made aware of? What if my guest had a serious nut or seafood allergy? Careless mistakes like that could seriously kill someone. But yet, the "ranger" is concerned of us snapping a few photos for our safety. If I am being honest, that will be the first and last time I ever host an event or even go to Grill on the Hill or Green Hill again. I definitely would not recommend hosting any important events here.

I had a babyshower at the grill on the hill the food was absolutely amazing me and my family/friends had a great time. Food was amazing I would definitely recommend this place. The two servers Liv and Melissa were so nice they was the best the general manager Bria was super nice and knew what she was doing. Place was super clean the view was amazing I recommend this place 100 percent.

We had a graduation party in the function room at Grill on the Hill. Beautiful space with both indoor and outdoor areas. The buffet was delicious and the service was amazing! Bria and her crew did a wonderful job. Highly recommend them!!

I called to booked reservation for 13 to 15 people spoke to a young female to see if They could accommodate us, and if we can get separate checks, it was a work outing and was informed, yes, no problem.. I advised I would call when I had a final count a couple days prior. Called couple times left message With a final count and asked for call back. Nothing! Called to confirm again, Finally I was able to reach a live person and wss told no reservation found. I was also told we have a large party this evening you can try and come but may not be room.We are a UMass Memorial! Won't be going there ever!

Food was subpar. I don't think you could grill steak tips any more well done. Thank god for some salad dressing to choke it down with.

Beautiful place, only small issues with the meal was that the steak tips on my moms salad were under cooked for ordering them medium, and the steak and cheese was kinda small with not a lot of filling. My other family members got the chicken bacon wrap and the burger. They both said they were delicious.

I am so disappointed on Grill on the Hill for claiming to be the best Venue in Worcester… we had an event there schedule to start at 4 and we’re told a few days before that the party before ended at 3 and staff needed 15 minutes to flip the room… we get there at 3:15 and we’re told the room was booked until the start of our party…We could not use the room To prepare to set up until 15 minutes prior to the start ( 4pm) of my sisters bridal shower and had a lot of things to set up (and not to mention I felt bad as the other bridal shower was rushed out due to the Venue double booking or not correctly communicating the time). In addition to this, our 2 wait staff were also serving beers to individuals golfing and other guests in the hallway. Staff mentioned being under staffed. But then as a venue to hire temps or make it work so it does not impact the service you provide! food could come out in 5-15 minutes as thy were running behind.. i told the wait staff that would be great... time passed and when I reached back out they said they couldn't have it ready until 5.. the food actually came out at 6! Not only this but the fish was dry, the chicken was burnt and the coffee was cold! This was such a horrible experience and I am dissapinted you would claim to be the best venue in Worcester when honestly this was the worst experience. If there are not staff to serve, or cook, I would have appreciated the call to find another place that could accommodate our needs!
