We came here from Boston, to find that it's take out only. It was a quiet Sunday. We ordered the food and it took 40 minutes to get an order of 2 dishes and a soup. If you love PETA, and Loving Hut there is reading material for while you stand there and wait. I am vegan and a foodie. The food was served in non-compostable containers. I had the Hamilton Basket mish mash of appetizers. Most made of the same veg chicken, in different shapes and frying methods. The fresh roll with an unidentifiable filling was inedible. There was a skewer with 2 rounds of something chewy like rubber that I spit out. The "house-made" orange dipping sauces were straight out of a jar - sweet. My son had soup - a bucket of dark water, noodles on the side. I tried his mixed veggie dish - sorry, I was not loving.

If you’re newly vegan, or if you’re looking for a different vegan spot in Worcester Loving Hut is where you need to be! The customer service is amazing, the energy is light, and the people there are super helpful if you’re indecisive like me. I met with James and not only did he provide me with information on how to successfully transition to a plant based diet but he also gave me food options to try at the restaurant! I’m super indecisive and he was very patient with me while I made my decision. He answered every question I had and was very pleasant. One thing about Loving Hut that I haven’t seen at other restaurants is they provide you with other resources/pamphlets you can read at your own leisure that’s related to plant based diets, such as a vegan start kit pamphlet that amongst other necessary information provides you with a 7 day meal plan if you don’t know where to start. Would give this six stars if I could. Very good vegan/East Asian food. As a vegan, it's so liberating to just *pick* anything off the menu without thinking restrictions. Some food is initiating meat products, like veggie wonton soup, others are just independently good vegan food, like veggie stir fry. Fans of East Asian food will like it too. Despite no meat or animal products, it's is very savory and filling, but also light. I ate two entrees on my first visit in 2023. I ordered cake for desert too. Loved it and it didn't bloat or make me tired, and I wasn't hungry later. Prices are fair too, definitely my new spot.

This place always gets it right. We are regulars and everything is always wonderful. My favorites are the scallion pancakes, the noble strips, and the KungPao but I have never had a dish here that I did not like. They really know how to cook tofu and it is perfectly seasoned every time. Their Thai Iced Tea is the best, you can tell them make it from scratch. We always get take out and they are so organized and we always get exactly what we ask for and it is always ready on time. Outstanding customer service and amazing fresh food always. We have been going here for years and it is our favorite place in Worcester, we always order extra to have leftovers through the week. We have been to the Chandler St location but this location definitely tops that.

Good vegan food, couldn't even tell it was vegan. The guy told me 25/30 minutes but called me after 15 to say it was ready(was a little annoyed by this since I live 20 minutes away and by the time I got there and then got home, my food was cold and a little soggy). It was mine and my boyfriends first time there and overall it was good. Will go again.
