Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. As someone who’s worked at McDonald’s the customer service at this one is disgusting. Most of the time they don’t acknowledge the people who need their order taken or need something. Wait times are usually just 15+mins just to have your order taken then another 10+ for food that isn’t worth the wait. It’s supposed to be fast food for a reason, no excuse when you don’t have any orders and rather talk and joke around.

I been going to this McDonald's for years and the past several months they been rude messing up orders and giving attitude when you ask them to fix it and come back with another wrong order and the ignore you when you try and ask a question when they are just standing around

They are rude as hell at this location. If you try and be polite they give you negativity and do not help you at all and will completely cut you off from the drive-thru. Seems like they just want to show up for the food in the bag and have you get the hell out. No worries I won't be going back, thanks for the absolute rude attitude it made me drop your franchise as a customer completely!

Was rushed the drive through when about to order something else, was rudely told second window. When I got to the window to pay, I said I wasn’t finished ordering. The lady walked away & started talking about me in Spanish. To which I replied, I speak Spanish. Another employee came to the window, IF YOU’RE NOT DONE ORDERING, WHAT DO YOU WANT! Nothing at that point. After that my order wasn’t even correct. The disrespect is crazy.

The worst Big Mac I have ever seen/got!! I don’t know if they saved what they had left from the day before or if the person making it didn’t know how. But it was cold and over cooked to the point it was hard. And the roll was a burnt taste on top of it!! For the price they charge you should be getting something edible!! Wow

We are a devout muslim family. Me, my mom, and two small kids were eating in the playroom tonight a little past 7pm. There were four teens who kept coming in and out of the playroom. They wouldnt keep the sliding door shut to keep small children in for safety reasons. They were clearly older than age 6, which is what the rude manager Jose told us the age limit was to play there. I gently asked the teens to keep the door closed while they went in and out. The teens started yelling false statements in our faces about us being "racist and a karen, " yelling derogatory slurs at us and trying to approach me my mom and two small kids to physically hurt us. The rude manager Jose came in and said, "oh i dont care. Everyone out then. "The teen named Luiz, as stated by the female employee with long black brown hair and a headset who clearly was family related to him, and his teens friends, kept verbally attacking my mom me and my two small kids. The manager, another male employee, and the female employee who knew all the teens came into the playroom at 7:55pm. Even though the playroom closes AT 8PM, we were asked to leave early for no reason.The manager asked the boys to leave, but then asked me and my family to leave for no reason. He stated that the playroom closed at 8pm, but we had to leave early. saying "Everybody has to go" but staring right at us.The manager was hesitant to give us his name, keeping repeating, "why does it matter?" He finally gave me his name. Jose.me and my mom kept asking the rude manager to call the police and have the agressive threatening teens removed from the property, but all he did was tell them to go to the lobby, and that he wasnt gonna ask the teens to leave the lobby because they close at 11pm. Clearly the teen boy was related to the female employee, she knew his name, Luiz. But when this scary situation happened tonight, the manager and female employee allowed the rude teens boy relatives of the female employee to stay in the building , instead of doing what was right and protecting their me and my family customers. I spent 44.00 there tonight and I want a refund. The female employee and rude manger Jose needs to be fired immediately, and your policy on allowing employees family to hang around the playroom as teens and linger loiter in the workplace and terrorize customers and then DO NOTHING ABOUT IT needs TO CHANGE. We shouldnt be not listened to by management just because we are muslims, and also because eveyone working there FAVORS THE FEMALE EMPLOYEES FAMILY OVER THE PAYING LOYAL CUSTOMER.The rude manager Jose also made a fuss about the fact that I allowed my children to play in the playroom . JUST FOR REFERENCE for you to know MANAGER JOSE, A PLAY PLACE IS FOR KIDS TO PLAY IN.PLEASE fire the manager and the female employee and change your policies. We will NOT be eating there again.ALERT TO ALL PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS<THIS MCDONALDS ISNT A SAFE PLACE FOR YOUR KIDS. IF YOURE MUSLIM YOU WILL BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND NOT HEARD> THE EMPLOYEES FAVOR HAVING THEIR FAMILY LOITER AND BE IN THE PLAYROOM OVER THE AGE LIMIT INSTEAD OF YOUR SAFETY AND WELL BEING AS A CUSTOMER. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE. THEY WONT PROTECT YOU> THEY WILL NOT REMOVE PEOPLE WHO TRY TO PHYSICALLY ATTACK YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN WHILE YOUR EATING.

Food wasn’t fresh, seemed like it’s been sitting for a while. The interaction between employee and customer was non existent. The biggest thing was the amount of homeless people in the restaurant. They had their stuff on the tables putting God knows what of bacteria. The restaurant for, including tables, were really messy and were left unattended. I don’t think I would go to this McDonalds again.

I am disabled and normally use Mcdonald's services 4 to 5 times a week for over 30 years and I have never been so mistreated and disrespected by a rude rude girl who is old enough to be my granddaughter... even the manager asked her to stop I keep debating, all this because I asked for my snack to be served at the table as I wasn't feeling well and had pain in my back and she told me that I shouldn't wait to have my snack, I've never felt so humiliated by this lady from customer service... I told her that I would report it to Mcdvoice and she told me that it doesn't matter... NOTE: the employees shout among themselves about the noise they make and they don't even respect customs

This McDonald's was the worst I waited forever for someone to help me my order no one was paying attention there was music blasting behind the counter the employees were on their cell phones the whole time throwing things at each other like kids not professional at all I won't be going back what poor service and no pride in their work McDonald's needs to get it together
