I've held off sharing a review about this McDonald's but they suck so bad that I think Worcester could do better. Hey, McDonald's - get your act together or we'll throw you out and replace you with a Burger King.

When I go here the workers are sometimes rude, and at night when they are open nobody answers to take your order, so I just end up leaving.
Consistently horrible service, casual, unprofessional attitude, long wait time, disrespectful behaviour. I got nothing but love for people who stand on their feet all day n serve others, but these guys are seriously horrible employees. I amWriting this after MULTIPLE experiences! I am sure a few are hard workers, but lord save the rest. NEVER GOING BACK HERE!

Terrible customer service from counter all the way to the the drive thru service. Second time gentleman tried to play jokes instead of handing over my order.

Drive through is forever long. They make a person wait at least 4 minutes before asking to take orders, both sides for each vehicle in line. Some of the workers are very nice and others have poor attitudes where they won't even say hello back. I only stop at this one for convenience when need to. There have been many times I've left the line all together or not even bothered to get in line because of the length and knowing what the wait time is like.

Staff all milling around talking to each other. Drive thru person is running back and forth between window and counter, but yet everyone else is standing around. Sitting and watching them for 5 min. Then I said come on guys, lets go. They handed me order. Was not mine. Asked for additional item, pure mess. They were all over the place, not once asking to confirm what we ordered. Nightmare!!! Waiting there for 15 minutes. Left without all of our order and wrong order. Worse Mc'D's in Worcester.
