I went to dine. Was waiting for over 5 minutes and never acknowledged. A customer called for attention to the staff who with gestures only determined did not want to support his request. So i quickly ran away from this restaurant. These places should train their employees constantly. The worst of poor services, dirty dining, and trashy men's restrooms. The worst McDonald's I have visited to dine and will not return.

Hands down my favorite branch in Worcester. Always great service and got food.
I have been there a few times and never treally had an issue until tonight 2-3-24. I was placing my order through drive through and the person taking my order was having trouble with the computer system. He places his overnight manager Mario and he was extremely rude taking my order. I didn’t understand why he was so rude. I understand having trouble with system is frustrating but it’s never acceptable to be rude and not even apologize.

Ordered 2 Mc chicken SANDWICHES 1 WAS NICE AND HOT AND THE OTHER ON THE WARM SIDE TO THE POINT IT WAS ALMOST COLD I ORDER HERE ALOT AND USUALLY THE FOOD IS ACCEPTABLE AS FOR SERVICE SINCE COVID ALL MC DONALDS LOST CUSTOMERS SERVICE NO 1 AT COUNTER TO GREAT U AND TAKE YOUR ORDED.NO YOU WALK IN AND EMPLOYEES JUST TURN LOOK AT YOU TO AS IF WHY YOU STANDIND AT MY COUNTER INSTEAD OF ASKING IF THEY CAN HELP YOU

Worst Mcdonalds experience I have ever had server made me circle to the front for my food after the person infront of me left. Afterwards they never came outside after telling me to wait in the front so i had to hop back in line to reorder what i had already orderd and was waiting to pay for. And to make matters worst the fries were not hot and oversallted felt like i was eating cheap movie popcorn. Not Worth my Money
