Went to pick up a delivery order for the first time at this location, at the drive thru speaker I gave them the order number and was told, "ok second window." When I got to the window the kid told me I was supposed to go inside to pick up until after 11pm. I told him i didn't know, he was cool about it and got the order for me. Then I assume the manager, but really hope not, yelled from behind the kid at the window "before 11 you have to come in" I said "I know I'm sorry this is my first time here, he responded with "ya well I don't know why he even gave it to you". Super douche.

MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!I went through the drive through where i used a coupon code for free fries with $2 purchase. When I got to the window and asked for the new WcDonalds sauce (coulda been 1 and I woulda been happy) the manager came over and said I need to pay for it. So I ask “if I got a sweet and sour instead it’s free?” She replies “yes but you want this one which isn’t in front it’s in the back so you need to pay” even the front worker running the drive through was astounded from her. NEVER COMING BACK!!

Not fast food anymore if you hope to place an order with staff. Noone seems to be assigned to the register. I sometimes wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter.The self serve kiosk is tollerable, but the sandwiches here always come out cold.I don't visit this location anymore. The one on lincoln street is the same, except, the food is between warm and hot. But the buns are often stale, and any sauces, such as ketsup and mustard are all over the inside of the wrapper.At all McDonalds locations, if i use the self serve kiosk, i ALWAYS have to remond staff that i ordered a drink and ask for the cup.

Went there morning of 01/16/2024. Orange juice is wattered down. The poor cashier girl in the drive thru is having g a baaaaaad day. She snatched my card, kinda threw my bag of food at me thru the drive thru. So yea, get her off the mic if she having that bad of a day. Waited over 10 minutes to place an order thru the drive thru even tho there were 3 cars combined in both drive thru. Bad day for this McDonald's. Get that girl off the mic. Holy cow.

They did not have enough people working - the drive through line had 16 cars in it when I arrived. So I chose to go inside - only 3 people working. Spoke to a nice high school student who was working who told me the manager did not think they would be busy. It was New Years Day!

Numerous times that I have gone to this location and every time something gets messed up. Today my whole order. I think I will no longer be a customer of any McDonald’s establishment. They want more money per hour but can’t get the orders correct.

The customer service was awful. The guy who served coffee over drive thru, he did not make the coffee right. Didn't put enough cream and sugar as we indicated in the app order. On top of it, he smashed the lid so hard on the cup that it deformed and couldn't hold on to the cup. We spilled the coffee all over in the car when tried to drink. We saw him what he was doing with the lid and when asked he didn't change the cup but put it in another cup. Awful coffee and awful customer service.
Of the locations in the city, this one is the top.Fresh food, at least it doesn't have the feel nor taste of sitting around.The staff are nice.

This has to be the worst McDonald's ever The drive thru is extremely slow .... You'll see cars just leave the line Then your order won't even be ready sometimes Girl at the window was nice But definitely go to a different McDonald's especially if you're on your lunch break

During the nightshirt, this McDonald’s consistently has a wait time of 20+ minutes, even if you’re the only one in line. You will sit at the speaker or window for 20+ minutes. There’s a 30% chance they’ll get your order wrong too.Staff is friendly, at least.Daytime, it’s better.
