The service and food is amazing. My wife and I stopped for lunch and have enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great cantina to eat at.

I'll start by saying that the steak churrasco tacos were amazing, BUT my wife's plate which was the fajitas came the waitresses way (whatever) didn't ask how we wanted the meats cooked, or which tortillas we wanted which came super dried and falling apart, would of changed the tortillas but we waited long enough for just sodas (not alcoholic beverages) and to top it off she (Susy) had a face that did not wanted to work bit seemed happy when she was by the bar on her cellular phone taking selfies and checking social media updates. I love Mexican style food, Mexicali you can do so much better. #dissapointed (this visit gets thumbs down)

The drink that I got orochata was horrible plus they didn’t clean the glass properly they have one employee running the entire restaurant you should hire more people other wise shut the place

Who TF rates this less than a 5 star? Yes they’re a chain but really? We’ve tried it all with Mexican food in the area and they do an amazing job. Two margs and I’m fn’ smashed. We had an amazing time. From one Bostonian to another ignore anything less than a 5 star here. They do it right. I’m happy and you will be too. Smashed and full. What else can you ask for? If you don’t think was good you just live in Ashland.

Everything is so Good and have a Nice presentation. This is my #1 store, no better than them. Highly Recommended. ❤️??But, why is Chownow (page to order online) doesn't show all the menu? Like Fresh Guacamole, or all the dessert. It's a lost cause I love to order Fresh Guacamole and Churros w Ice cream every time i order from you guys.

Great vibes. We went here late night after a show at Hanover theatre. We called in to reserve since we were a group of 11 . We arrived in the next 15 minutes and our table was ready along with chips and salsa . While hungry kids ate those , parents got a moment to settle it and order drinks. All the items we ordered were cooked to perfection and had authentic taste. Guacamole made fresh in front of us was entertaining to kids. The music was amazing. Great space inside and abundant parking space outside.

I'm not typically one to write reviews, but this was just awful. We ordered takeout and my order was honestly pitiful, barely any rice and almost no queso, nothing like I've seen from other restaurants. I was a tad frustrated with this so I called to ask if it could be remedied. We were told that they have downsized their portions but ultimately they said yes, so far so good. My boyfriend and I get back with the remade food only to dig in and realize my new order now has the wrong sides, and my boyfriends food has the entirely wrong meet inside. So far we are 0 for 3. We call back and explain and I'm told that I'm lying by the manager and if I want a refund we need to bring the food back and prove that it's wrong. We go down for a third time and only manage to get our refund when we open up all 3 orders and show her everything that is wrong. I'm typically not fussy and I've worked in many restaurants so I know how hectic it can be, but this was just not okay.
