I've always loved this restaurant however that opinion has abruptly changed after dining in. The waitress had a rude attitude, she didn't return to our table for the duration of the meal, and I even had to get up at the end of our meal realizing that she had no intention on revisiting our table to find her to get my bill and to go containers. She then added a 15% tip for a group of 3 to our bill and demanded that we pay for her terrible service. I always tip according to overall service. However I was also threatened that if I didn't pay that exact amount for a tip that she would refuse service the next time I visited the restaurant. That was laughable as if I was ever visiting the restaurant again. I'm very disappointed. I should have most definitely spoken to her manager because her service/attitude made for a terrible experience.

The program they were playing on tv was very violent. The food is unseasoned and looks rotten plus everything on the counter is expired someone also had a sneezing fit in the back…hopefully they washed their hands and were not near the food.
The Pho is great, it genuinely tasted like Vietnamese Pho made back home. The place also feels like a Vietnamese restaurant back home.The service is also great, while the waitress looks a bit aggressive, she’s a great person.10/10 would eat here again.

The area is fine and spacious.Food is not bad. I had Bun Rieu, my other 2 friends had Bun Tron Tom Thit and Com chien Tom. I do not know how the other dishes were, Bun Rieu was not too bad, but it was too much for me and may be for many other people. The vibe was alright. The waitress way too slow and sloppy job also bonus attitude ?♀️. The food was alright and not tasty at all. First time I’ve seen the waitress write on the check and demand the tip ?♀️ on a group of 3. We don’t mind to tip but it depends how the service and food are . ?♀️ thank you and probably never come back .

they charged different price from the menu and with bad attitute service from $45 to $60 for small hotpot. They said menu was from 5 years ago, really for big restaurant? it can be ok if they could tell before charging and good attitute to explain it.

The name of the restaurant sounds like a euphemism for vagina but the food is pretty good.
The place smelled the min. you walk in and we waited 10 mins to be greeted only to be told they were closing at 9 and it was only 8:20! Not nice and we didn’t feel welcomed at all. Needless to say we walked out because we weren’t confident in the customer service. Not recommended at all!!!
