Ordered through Door Dash and this is the last time I will order from here. Food arrived soggy and taste was not good.

Comsider visiting a nearby American-style Chinese restaurant where you can enjoy similar or better meals for half the price. The hostess was less than welcoming, but the server made up for it with their kindness. The restaurant's interior is nicely decorated and features a bar area.

The waitress took forever to get to us between servings. Tossed things to us rather than place them, The room we were in was very cold. I found a chicken bone in the leftovers of my GF Malaysian rice noodles. Very disappointed! We will not go there again!

Excellent food. Lots of gluten free options. We enjoyed the Hunan Chicken and the Malaysian Rice Noodles. Friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return when in the Worcester area.

Pretty good food. I love their general Taos chicken, if you healthy options, which is a plus!

Enjoyed a delicious meal at Nancy Chang's. Everything was very flavorful. (Wonton soup, crab rangoons, beef and broccoli, shrimp pad Thai and GF Yung chow fried rice.) The waitress, Jessica, was very attentive. Will definitely return to try their other specialties. :)

The food and menu looks food but of "comparbley" price to Chinese restaurants this is the second time I've eaten there and I've been disappointed twice. It has a great reputation and I can't understand why. It's about 15% more expensive than other high quality type Chinese restaurants and I've just been dissatisfied. The wonton soup was good, scalluon pancakes good, but small portion, but the spareribs were burned. If I had eaten in I would have sent them back but I did take out so I couldn't do that.Parking: There's lots of parking but there's a 30 ft walkway between the parking lot and the front door which is a lot of distance for someone with difficult Mobility. But it is wheelchair accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Good but see above

Change isn’t always good. The new owners raised the prices and lowered the quality. I started going to the original Nancy’s in West Boylston the year it opened. It wasn’t always perfect, but it was consistently quality food.

I had the orange chicken, plenty of food very tasty, and a bowl of white rice to go with it. The food was excellent. And so was the service. The only thing that I had, that was not good, was the Mai Tai, it really was nothing more than lightly flavored ice water, very poor. And expensive at $12.00 a glass. ?

A lovely place to get a bite to eat! They cater to so many different dietary needs here like vegan, gluten sensitive, and even diabetic friendly! The food is great, the prices are reasonable, and the service is unmatched! I'd highly recommend if you're in the area.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, and they're clearly marked! The vegan chicken is made with vital wheat gluten based on its taste.
