Tonight I decided to order a steak and cheese and it was so greasy very bad and I had called and let them know about it . Was not happy with all the grease ,I usually get this sandwich from this place and it's very good but tonight was so awful.

HAIR IN FOOD. SHORT CURLY DARK hair. Gross. These people get every order wrong. They have a language barrier. So hard to understand. Takes them so long to complete an order. I had to ask a simple question over and over about ingredients bc the person on the phone just could not comprehend what I was asking. Zero stars. Prices too high for that level of incompetence. Place needs a deep clean. The owner said he would reimburse me for the whole order when I found the hair but did not. So gross.

Paid 10.75 for a bacon ? cheese burger grinder. 1 half of the grinder hardly any meat. The other half had a half a patty. It Sucked...I went back and let him no. His pizza ? is awesome small onion it was the best pizza I ever had.

Ask for a menu. The food is amazing. It's made with love. You aren't going to get this much from anywhere else for your money. I mean a small steak and cheese sandwich is over 6 pounds of steak and a large is over 10 pounds of steak!! They love their customers more than anyone. And they have a special that's early 2000's price two large pizzas for $22 Thank you I love Carlos Pizza ?

My and my family ordered from Carlos. 1 large meat lovers pizza and a large tuna sub. I was told it was $37.00 even. I looked at their menu and realized it was $9.00 off. I called back to verify the price. I was told that lettuce onion and tomatoes and cheese were extra in the grinder. Which is odd to me. They are regular toppings for a tuna. Also I was informed that there was a $2.00 delivery charge. Normally I would not mind and pay the price. But neither was listed on their menu. It actually says all is included. Also no delivery charge is stated on their menu. Once again I do not mind paying if it's printed or told but my family charged with out being told. I will no longer recommend nor order from Carlos pizza again. Very shady business. Hope this review helps. Good luck guys. Be prepared to over pay

Need to update their on-line menus. I have tried on more than one occasion to order on-line but each time find that the item isn't available.
Even though the food was excellent the people were rude they were over an hour late. Plus thier drive didn't understand English and the guy who took our call called us racist which we are not we are never going vack or calling

Food is below par 99% of the time. Deliveries take 2 hrs+ regardless of being quoted 45m-1hr. Management never seems to care food is cold when delivered or updates you on when your food will get there.

Because there are already 2 times that pizzas have been ordered half of one type of food and the other half of the same pizza with vegetables and what they do is all the pizza the same and full of vegetables. I talked to the person who made the pizza like this and what he did was laugh at his mistake and never fix my misbehavior pizza. I'm afraid I have a mixed review for Carlos'. Most of the time we have excellent food and timely delivery from them. We've had a few issues lately. My wife called to pre-order a significant pizza order for a family party. The one person there in the earlier hours apparently did not understand my wife and hung up on her. So, she bought from someone else. That's unfortunate... Earlier in the week we had an order delivered one evening. The order was on time. But one item ordered was an expensive dish, Carbonate Pasta. Well, it was pretty obvious whoever prepped the food did not have a good idea of what Carbonara is supposed to be and taste like, it was not like any we'd bought from other restaurants or prepped ourselves from any recipe. Its too bad. Most of the time things are great from here. I'm just not going to play Russian roulette with my money. I do wish them the best though.
