I used to be a regular at papa gino's on the same street until I discovered this place. The pizza is amazing. I now frequent this place friday evenings for pick up, and the best part is you can enjoy an adult beverage while you wait for the pizza. The only thing I wonder is, with pizza this good, how is this place not packed on Friday or Saturday evenings? However, they need to hire more staff. They usually have only one person working the register and waiting the tables and the phones, etc. Keeps her running all over the place like a chicken with the head cut off. Phenomenal pizza though.

Great food! Great service…. Chix parm was on point. And the rumors are the pizza is awesome. Will certainly come back when in the area!

Sauce is very good but ordered a Margarita pizza w/sausage cooked well. Got no sausage and very undercooked, I like a char on my pizza! It’s par for the course in Massachusetts but again sauce was excellent

Ordered Margarita pizza with sausage well done! Got no sausage and barely cooked! Why can’t Massachusetts pizza places make pizza. Sauce is great though, if made correctly probably would have been pretty good.

This review is long overdue. My husband and I discovered Paesano's a few years back on our never-ending quest to find a place that can make a stand-out pizza. Paesano's is it! Their pizza is so much tastier than the chains. You can taste the quality and freshness in their ingredients. If you like pepperoni, onions and green peppers try ordering a pizza topped with those ingredients. We always ask for extra topping (for all 3). You will love it! Whoever made our pizza on Feb. 24, 2022 around 6 p.m. our hats off to you. It was extra amazing! So glad we found this little gem. Thank you, Paesano's and your wonderful staff, for making this pizza-crazy gal very happy. Keep up the good work!

My daughter and I went here yesterday. We both order two pies. One meat lovers and one chicken bacon ranch. Let me tell you both pizzas were so good. Everything was fresh and the service was amazing. Definitely going to be going here a lot now. Hands some of the best pizza I ever had.

Don't Order Food From this Establishment! You will not get what you ordered. Four times I have either called in or ordered online. The response was either a minor inconvenience, I said mayo, there is no mayo. To I ordered dinner for two 45 minutes ago and we haven't stated making the food yet, when I came to pick it up. Too, two times where my order barely resembled what I received. The last, a chicken salad wrap, no tomatoes (I can't tolerate, no lettuce), just cheese pickles and onions. I got a sub, not a wrap, no pickles, no onions, and lots of tomatoes and lettuce. They are brain dead! Calls to complain get nothing but bring it back in and we'll make it right. Don't order from here!!! They are incapable of getting anything right.

This is our favorite place to go for a fresh, hot, homemade meal. Today we had angel hair and meatballs and the sauce was light, tangy and wonderful. The brick oven pizza is worth making a special trip to the restaurant. If you enjoy Italian food you will love Paesano's home cooking and really friendly staff. You'll feel welcomed and you'll dine on fine Italian cooking as well.

We really enjoy Paesanos fresh, homemade cooking and stone oven handmade pizzas. The Italian dishes are made to order and really delicious. The pizzas are each hand made and brick oven wood fired. And the staff are friendly and welcoming so that you can fully enjoy your experience with the restaurant.

POSSIBLE FOOD POISONING. We have never been to this "Restaurant" before and decided to give it a try due the fact that it advertises Neapolitan pizza. Ordered on the road by phone. When Anastasia (who was actually great) cut the pizza and closed the box (while glancing up at me), the little weasel at the oven just kept staring at me; now we know why. Over and Under done. The edges were burnt and harder than 3 day pita bread left on the counter; completely inedible. The center was cold and runny and the toppings were cold and or uncooked. My girl had the first bite and said "uh, no". I ate the rest of the slice in the picture in one bite and It felt like I was going to break a tooth or carve up my mouth. We dumped it the trash at the gas station. Within 2 hours, I spent the rest of the day and night forced to stay close to the rest room with BAD diarrhea. We are speaking to our attorney about possibly shutting this place down. At the very least, they will be on probation from the city.

Ordered a pizza online. They didn't start cooking it till I showed up 25 minutes later. So I waited another 20 minutes for an undercooked mess. I ordered no mushrooms and they still put them on.

AWFUL all around! When the woman answering the phone picks up and, in a grouchy, rushed, angry tone asks you in a rude way, "pick up or delivery?", (no "hello", no "thanks for calling Paesano's and how can I help you"), you quickly realize this place SUCKS and they could care less about customer service and your hard-earned money you are willing to spend in good faith for a meal. I called them due to the fact that our DoorDash delivery person did not pick up our entire order. The DoorDash person, recognizing their oversight, was headed back to Paesanos to retrieve the rest of our order and so I called ahead to alert the restaurant that our driver was on their way to retrieve. The Paesano's "phone hostess" couldn't have been more rude as I attempted to explain that the driver was on her way back to pick up the rest of our order. She grouchily said "we are really busy and can't be accountable for an order that was completed 30 minutes ago". All I was asking was if the 2 pizzas we paid for against our specific order number were still sitting there so that the DoorDash driver could grab them upon her return. The Paesanos Phone Princess was soooo bothered by this inquiry but finally confirmed that the 2 pizzas were still sitting there on their takeout counter and ready for pickup (not without more of her drama too lengthy to outline here). She kept saying how busy she was (it was all about her and she could care less about me...the customer paying for a meal which helps keep her employed and the restaurant in business). Once we received the pizzas from the apologetic DoorDash driver, it was all for nothing. The pizzas were horrible! Like other reviewers we have since referenced, the dough is bland, powdery junk! Our special request ("add basil") to one of the pizzas was ignored, however, it was included as an extra charge on the receipt. This place clearly sucks and destined for closure soon. Advice to the owner... at least hire someone with a thimble of graciousness to answer your damn phone!
