When we came in with our three kids for some pizza, Naomi and her team were amazing. Great customer service, great attitude. They went above and beyond for my family and it was very much appreciated.
The manager Chrissy drew a picture of my pizza identifying the side with the hot honey! I wanted to try it only on half, it was amazing!!! Bravo ? Please keep it on the menu!
Always did like Papa Gino's pizza with the thinner crust. My favorite is to add pineapple with garlic and onion. Heard the delivery person coming a mile a way. LOL!

Had a wrong order a couple weeks ago, the manager on duty said I would be credited in full. Called tonight to order and redeem my credit, was told that I was only credited $10 (not what was told to me by the original manager). Tonight’s manager answered my call and listened to my complaint, then hung up on me. I called back and waited on hold for about 3 minutes to learn the “manager’s” name: Stacy. Do not recommend complaining about an order that Papa Gino’s screwed up on, as they will just tell you that you (the customer) was wrong.

Place was in good shape, online order was ready on time, staff were good.
When I placed an order online I chose a custom tip and put in $5.00. That is a good amount considering it doesn't take an entire gallon of gas to deliver to one house.However, the online ordering system automatically charged a 20% tip on top of the $4.99 delivery fee.So I now paid an entire cost of an appetizer or another pizza to have them deliver.I also ordered xlarge pizzas which look like medium pizzas and the cheese breadsticks have no cheese on them$67.50 for 2 x large pizzas bread sticks and mozzarella sticks.

I ordered 2 small pizzas and 1 small gluten free pizza on 10/10 using Grubhub as I often do. This time I noticed as I was tracking the order, the currier was going in the wrong direction. Plus it was taking longer to deliver. I live only 10 minutes away. I tried texting the currier and calling her 3 times with no response. Finally it said the order was delivered. However it went to the wrong address. We never got it. At the cost of $79 dollars, we were more than upset. Papa Gino's couldn't help us. Finally we got in touch with Grubhub's customer service. They reordered for us at no cost. And what do you know? The same exact thing happened again. The second currier also delivered to the wrong address. Finally I demanded a refund which has taken 2 days. We ended up driving to another pizza place and physically picking up our pizzas at 1/2 the price. I will never use Grubhub again!

service is extra slow be prepared to wait. I stopped there ordered a small cheese pizza on Wed Oct 11 not real busy but waited 50 min before I received my order not that hard to make a plain cheese pizza. The place is dated rugs on main dinning room floor are worn out does not look very clean. If I could I would give this place a negative star rating.

Papa Gino's has the BEST Pizza in New England without a doubt, it's worth the trip. I recommend the XL size for the best crust with any topping.
