One of Worcester's gems. In the Tatnuck Square burb of Worcester's west end you'll find huge margaritas and authentic Mexican cuisine. You really can't beat this place. Their fried fish tacos are the stuff of legend and the Birria plate entre is heavenly. Go there, spend your money, and leave happy.

One of the most consistent restaurants I've been to in Worcester. The workers are happy, food is great, and the vibe is on point. I've been going to Pepe's since they've opened and stoked after each and every experienceDietary restrictions: They offer dairy free on all their items

I'm a little sad to leave negative reviews about small business owners of restaurants. I appreciate people are really strapped for product costs and good help is hard to find. With that said, the effort is there but the food quality has gone way downhill. Greasy and boingy meat. SALT SALT SALT IS SALT TO A POINT THAT MADE EVERY ITEM WE ORDERED UNPALATABLE. Coming from a saltaholic, this is a scream from salt mountain. I love heavy and hearty seasoning, but if you can't taste the flavor past the salt, you may as well kiss the flavor goodbye. I'm hoping the owners will revise the salt bomb so I can enjoy the food again. When you opened the food was much cleaner and authentic. I directed people there. But mucho dineros wasted for food that was almost inedible and bloating to this degree needs to shift or you guys aren't going to survive. Positive notes... tortilla chips, rice, guac. Good portions and well assembled. Don't let Chipotle beat you out. Your establishment is better that! Go back to the root of goodness you had when you first opened!

1st timer, sat at the bar. The bar is awkwardly high or the chairs are low, not comfortable to sit at. The service was excellent I'll say that. The food not so much. The salsa was watery, bland and had carrots which was really weird. The chips were okay at best, pretty standard tasted like a grocery store bag. Margaritas were okay, not bad but nothing special. Tacos were okay, not a ton of flavor but they did have a lot of meat. Wife's carne asada burrito bowl was kind of gross and had grizzly large chunks of meat, it looked very low quality. We won't be back.

This is okay in terms of Mexican food. Know that this is probably northeastern-ized and would not pass as good in Texas. I think they’re most certainly better than average around here, and your best bets are going to be on the taco menu. We’ve tried variations of their carne asada/steak plates, fajitas, and their burritos and are constantly overwhelmed by salt. There’s with a hint of other seasonings present, but hard to get by with how salty the food generally is.The people here are always nice though and as far as service goes, I’ve never had a bad interaction. Overall, I’d recommend for the occasional taco, but there are other places that are better if you’re willing to drive a little further than the greater Worcester area.

The food is always really good! The best Mexican restaurant in MA!!Dietary restrictions: We were asked about dietary restrictions. We don't have any but it was nice that we were asked.Parking: There is a small parking lot in back. About 18-20 spots. If you get there early you'll have parking. It just depends. Street parking around the corner.
