I ordered their special noodle soup that’s supposed to come with Rare steak, flank, brisket, tendon, and tripe. Instead my order came with deli meat chicken- dry and tasteless. I was disgusted. I asked for a refund and they denied it. If you didn’t have the ingredients, cancel the order. Thankfully, there are many other Vietnamese restaurants in the Worcester area like An Thu, My Sister's Crawfish II, Saigon, and Pho Sure all are better than this restaurant.

Excellent meal choices. Wife and I forgot how much we had missed being able to get out to dine here again.Parking: It's a shared lot but looks to be ample room for all businesses present.Kid-friendliness: They have a chicken nugget and fries plate for even the picky kids who may not like the rest of the menu.

The broth was excellent and they loaded the bowl with toppings. I was finding brisket and pork belly when I arrived at the end of my noodles and it was time to lift the bowl! And the team provided a great recommendation for a new dessert bar that opened down town. Flavor on the meat was incredible too; pork belly melted in my mouth, slow cooked, packed with flavor and the brisket as well!

We have been dining at this restaurant for a number of years and aside from the higher than fair prices, had no serious issues. Tonight was very different and very unpleasant. My husband ordered a bowl of pho and I asked for stir fried udon with vegetables. I have had this dish several times there. The waiter stated that they could not make my dish - "they had no udon" and it's not on the menu. There was a beef and udon soup offered so I guess they can't provide that dish either. The crispy mini eggrolls we ordered as an appetizer arrived. They were burned and very unappetizing. I told the waiter to take them back and bring some that were cooked correctly. The manager then appeared and in a very hostile manner said that the eggrolls were NOT burned "that's the way they make them". I started to say that this was not true from the many time I'd had them in the past. I thought better of it and we just decided to leave. We won't be going back. It was bad enough that they would not prepare the dish I requested (very simple), but to then argue about the appetizer - so obnoxious.

I had the beef soup I love that they bring a plate with fresh bean sprouts and Thai basil on the side so you can add it yourself. The soup was so fresh and delicious I highly recommend it, my husband had the chicken pho soup and char shrimp and vegetables on the side. There was enough soup left over so we had it for lunch the next day.

Been coming here for a long long time . New menus numbers but same great food . My go to is the crisply spring rolls served with a savory fish sauce , entree an extra large bowl of shredded chicken pho served with either clear or yellow noodle ( I go for the yellow ) I also opt for add steamed vegetables request . Served with fresh basil ,bean sprouts , lime wedge and jalapeño peppers on the side . It's off the hook ! . Full bar and pleasant decor . Tiki bar area for sports . Great food and reasonably priced . Pho soup is a hangover cure for sure ! Highly recommend
