This Popeyes should close, poor hygiene, the soda machine doesn't work, the cart service doesn't work either, I went two weeks ago on 4 occasions they delivered raw chicken to me. The employees BN thank you, they don't do anything for them, they even sit at the counter talking on the phone and you're there waiting for them to help you. You ask them for any food and they even tell you that there is no reason not to do it right away.

SCAMMERS! I ordered the 6 mini wing deal and a large Mac and cheese. That's it. Cashier says it's $12. I ask for it mild for my kids to eat and then he says ok thatll be $18. I ask for the receipt: "sorry receipt machine is broken". I ask him to take a picture and he says ok. He grabs my phone and says "I added an extra biscuit in there for you." Turns out he had charged me for the regular size wings AND charged me for a biscuit I didn't ask for. The kicker? There was no biscuit in the bag. I believe this is an organized scam they have running from the top down. Probably the owner is ordering it done. This Popeyes is SCAMMING poor people of West Worcester, do NOT go here.

Very disappointed. First time here. Very long wait times for the amount of people. The two people in front of us had their order screwed up. When we finally placed our order the girl had a difficult time because of a language barrier. We waited 10 mins for our meal and it was incorrect. Another 5 minutes to correct it. The. Chicken was ok. Little greasy but moist no flavor. The Mac and cheese was very greasy. The staff seemed more intent at yelling loudly at each other then getting the orders out. Not exactly a $30+ meal.

For having so little customers inside the wait time was crazy long. The drink machine was broken. No cutlery. One of my party didn't even get his food until 20 minutes after we got ours and we ordered together. Very disorganized and slow.

The speaker for the drive through has been broken now for a couple of months. The employees seem upbeat and hard working. They are having an extra burden being put on them by not being able to take orders while folks are in line. It took 20 minutes to get my sandwiches. The food is always great. Management should make fixing the drive through a priority!
I ordered the food online hours ago. the day we went to pick it up they weren't ready with it they made us wait another hour for it and we ordered a gallon of juice and they come with three large cups of juice for the kids it didn't add up to a gallon of juice??. The employees and managers need to be professional and get things done instead of playing around us customers pay a lot of money for big orders and they just don't care about the customers it's really sad to say and we love to enjoy the food that we pay for that was a week ago this happened
Fries are never hot nor cooked to order. Service was OK. Is fast food. What more can you expect??

Ordered the $5.99 shrimp tackle box and was charged full price. Mind you i was told to pull up and had to wait 15 minutes for 1 item, when i spoke with manager there reasoning was the $5.99 deal only comes with 4 pieces of shrimp. The picture of the item shows about 8 pieces of shrimp. Didnt get any sauce either.

Clearly the staff couldn’t tell sweetened tea apart from unsweetened tea. Once I’d call it an honest mistake, but it has happened to me on multiple occasions now. Imagine enjoying your Popeye’s meal just to sip into that unsweetened tea, multiple times.
